Excellent. I’m very particular about what I call a great manicure and pedicure. Nails by Aileen is a relaxing clean salon. Kim gives me fabulous manicures and pedicures and I highly recommend her.

Tamara did my nails and they are chipping after a week. The acrylic is lifting and I’m on my way to get my nails done elsewhere after a week. Waste of time and money.

Have had the pleasure of going to Aileeen for may years, even prior to Aileen opening her own salon. First her salon is impeccable clean, her process and nail technicians that work with her also use the highest of standards regarding nail cleanliness, environmentally exceptional, goes beyond any nail/salon I’ve been in regarding sanitary and using the highest sanitation method. There artistic ability taking care of one’s nails is benchmark. They treat all customers exceptional, making everyone feel they are the most important, ensuring their utmost satisfaction while providing complete comfort and focus on their customers. Nails by Aileen is the epitome of customer satisfaction with the highest level of professionalism, cleanness, best quality work consistently, and always sanitary. Aileen and her staff are the best and to go there is the ultimate treat!

Nails by Aileen is a wonderful place to get a manicure. Their prices are really low, but the atmosphere is top notch. You really get a good experience here that other nail places lack: the chairs are comfortable, the technicians are nice, the music is normally relaxing… There is an elegant feel in here, unlike so many other salons. Appointments are recommended, but I’ve never been turned away without an appointment. If you’re looking for a cheap mani, but an expensive experience this is your place :)

I’ve been going to Aileen’s for over four years now. I’m pretty close with the women who work in this salon, and though they have new people every 6 months or so, they treat you like gold. I find it unfortunate that one reviewer had a bad experience here, because I once forgot my card/money completely due to being in a rush– and they let me come back the next day and only gave me KINDOF a hard time(or so my nerves led me to believe). I still came back. They’re like family… I always feel more educated about the health of my nails and skin when I come here. You must know that the women(& men) who work here must know a boatload about nail health in order to pass their certification. They’re very knowledgeable and should be treated as such! Ask them a question and they will surely give a helpful response. Now, if I may step off of my soapbox… I’ll insert the straight-up fact that Aileen’s makes me feel like a million bucks. The facility is kept very clean, and doesn’t have a tacky ambiance. It’s incredibly tasteful and uncrowded. They disinfect the tubs after every use, as well as the tools they use. Very efficient! It is recommended to make an appointment here so that you may be courteous of other people’s time and theirs… though they will welcome walk ins and never turn away business. They have an excellent assortment of OPI and Essie colors, including all of the favorites and new lines of colors. I see many unashamed men getting their feet taken care of, here! Prop your tootsies and never look back. It’s nice to have a bit of downtime and a foot-rub every once in a while if I do say so myself.

My experience here was awful. The woman doing my nails seemed VERY put off by my less than perfect cuticles(Sorry I’m not a prissy girl who gets manicures every month). I had to remind her to give me a hand massage at the end of my manicure. The woman also applied the wrong color to my nails. When I went to pay, I pulled out my debit card and she told me they only accept checks or cash. I told her that was all I had and asked what she would like me to do… She seemed really pissed and told me that I should have known because that’s been their policy for 5 years. I explained to her this was my first time in their salon, so how could she expect me to know their policy? She told me I could never come back there again. The woman did not trust me enough to go to an ATM and then come back and pay(even though I didn’t want to, I did). I was extremely offended that she treated me this way.

This is my go-to nail salon from here on out. I started going in December, and have been so pleased by it, I won’t go anywhere else. It’s a little bit further than the hundreds right by my house, but it’s definitely worth it — and the price is the same. $ 12 mani/$ 38 mani&pedi. Aileen, the owner, works there, with 3 – 5 other women. The service is wonderful. It’s a small nail salon, 3 spa pedicure chairs and 4 manicure stations, but worth it. I like to make an appointment, but have also walked in. They know their clients, and will greet by name when people come in. Every time I’ve been, my manicure has lasted 2 weeks, and my pedi longer. They are very clean, sanitize everything — I am comfortable putting my feet in the water without fear of infection. Very close attention to detail, and attentive before, during, and after your services. They also have waxing, as well as the standard variety of fake nails.
