I would give it zero stars if possible. First off I live 2 miles away and it took 1hr 15 min to get to my doorstep. Now with the food. I got 8 lemon pepper chicken wings and they came luke warm. They were tough and tasted like they were fried in 4 week old oil. I ate two and had to throw the rest away. Also, there was barely any lemon pepper on them. Now with the entrée. I had the teriyaki chicken. This was also luke warm but my main issue was there was barely any chicken. No good. The egg roll it came with was cold and rubbery. Barely edible. Now to the wonton soup. That was the only thing hot. On the downside there were barely any noodles in it. The flavor was barely there as well. So thats about it. I would steer clear of this place. Def look elsewhere. Not worth the $ 30 I spent nor the wait time.

I was looking for anything that delivered because I’m stuck in a place with no food. I like Thai food so I got the pad se yew(or see U as they say…) I asked for it not spicy because I didn’t want it spicy and the traditional brown sauce usually has a great, almost sweet flavor to it. This had no flavor. With broccoli and tofu. No flavor. The crab rangoon were clearly bought frozen and briefly deep fried(maybe even microwaved). The egg rolls were on par with the crab rangoon. I’m giving this two stars because at least I am full.

They honestly have the best fried rice I have ever ate anywhere around here! Highly recommended

Food is ok. It’s cheap. But I’m not convinced it’s better that other fast food places in the area(Wendy’s or Chick-fil-a), the food is greasy and really low quality, if you go for the lunch specials and order noodles you will end up with ½ rice and ½ noodles on your order. The establishment is very small, not really recommended for dine in.

in my first 6 months living in Atlanta, I’ve ordered from New Dragon at LEAST12+ times, always delivery. I’ve bounced around trying all different dishes, and haven’t had one I didn’t enjoy. The closest to a «complaint» I can come was the Spicy Thai Noodles, at «medium» heat was hot enough to make my neck sweat. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. HUGE portions for the price, always delivered within 30 – 45 minutes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food is lazily prepared, and very disgusting. I ordered moo shu chicken, crab Rangoon and coconut soup. They forgot to deliver the oyster sauce and when they re delivered they brought a half filled one ounce container. If the food were not so bland and barely seasoned and cooked it may have been ok. The coconut soup smelled like something died in it and the crab Rangoon was spoiled cream cheese fried in week old grease. The phone person who took my f/u call was so rude. I requested the sauce and asked for a different soup(which I paid for). The new soup had the same disgusting smell and spoiled taste. Don’t eat here, go to Waffle House or McDonalds or Taco Bell and the experience will feel stellar compared to here…

I know it’s silly to give a divey place like this 4 or 5 stars but I have to. I’ve only been disappointed once when ordering here. In general I love the food. It’s tasty, greasy and perfect for takeout and a rental style dining. May I suggest sticking to the«Chinese/American» items. I had Thai… wasn’t that impressed but the honey wings and shrimp fried rice are the bomb!!! It’s fairly inexpensive for Chinese takeout. The shrimp fried rice is more expensive but virtually every bite comes with shrimp. Pick from the combination dinners to land on a f good deal.

My mother would be ashamed if she knew I was ordering takeout Chinese food but sometimes I’m going to pick beef and broccoli over the Yu Xiang Eggplant. I can’t speak much for the delivery service. Since I live right next door, even on my laziest of days I’ll still trek up the hill and pick-up my food. Like most takeout places, I really wonder how they make any money. My friend and I shared the beef and broccoli lunch special, which comes with your choice of steamed or fried rice, an egg roll, and a can of soda for under $ 6… AND we had leftovers. Craziness! The beef and broccoli is fine, just your generic takeout brown sauce. I have a strange suspicion that they put food dye in the sauce though. Definitely minus brownie points for that. But otherwise, no complaints on the food really. Their wings are pretty decent too. The buffalo sauce doesn’t pack that much heat, so I would opt for whipping up your own sauce. They don’t give you ranch or bleu cheese unless you get the twelve piece wings. This is obviously not going to be your Michelin three-star choice, but if you’re torn between that last pack of instant noodles and takeout, this wouldn’t be a bad choice!

Not only was the delivery guy rude, but the food was the most horrible Chinese(if you can call it that) food that I’ve ever had. The egg rolls were doughy and flavorless, and the honey chicken was overcooked and hard… like it was microwaved and just drenched in actual honey.

If you’re looking for great Chinese takeout for lunch or dinner, this is probably one of the best and most affordable places in Midtown. I eat here faithfully and cannot find any place I enjoy ordering from more! The food is always prepared right and as quickly as possible! My favorite is the beef and broccoli, swimming in this incredible brown sauce that is seasoned to perfection! It’s honestly the best I’ve tasted anywhere. Having visited at some of Atlanta’s most horrible eateries I am confident in saying you won’t regret ordering from here! I do have to say I wish the cream cheese wontons were a little lighter and they need a new egg roll recipe, but all in all a really solid place to grab something to eat. If only more establishments strived to provide as great of food and service as New Dragon there would be more 5-star reviews and of course happy customers…

The best take out Chinese restaurant that I have found close to my house. I’ve ordered take out at least 7 or 8 times and it’s always ready when I arrive. I especially like their hot and sour soup. Definitely worth checking out.

It’ll do in a pinch. My barometer for Chinese restaurants is typically the Hot & Sour Soup. Their soup is pretty good — today, however, I was feenin’ for some MaPo Tofu. Delivery time is quick and service is friendly. Traditional MaPo Tofu is red, blood red, in fact… what was delivered was in a traditional brown sauce. I also noticed the perfectly cut carrots and peas floating in the brown sauce — what the what?! Peas and carrots in MaPo? A quick search on the Google reveals numerous recipes for MaPo that do not include peas and carrots. Oh, and they were perfectly cut because they were dumped from a frozen bag. If you’re going to Americanize my Chinese food to suit the American palate, don’t do so with subpar ingredients.

Fast delivery, good food(doesn’t taste like a «college student will eat anything» place), and friendly service.

This place is by far my favorite Chinese take out. Trust me I’ve tried many take out places. Their Chinese and Thai are both very tasty.(Although I would not recommend the mango dish. TOO sweet. Unless you like that kind of stuff.) I’d definitely recommend it but take out only. There’s a couple tables but the comfort of your living room would be far superior.

Now this was delivery. Food was a little on the high price, quality was so-so, and delivery time was the average 45 mins. Dine in may be a different experience.

I love the Chinese food at new dragon. They service is fast, food is hot, but the drivers are GREDDY. I love how good my food taste, they have the best egg rolls. The Lunch Menu is good for 5.50 you get meat rice egg roll drink you can’t beat that. I order here at least once a week. I JUSTHATETHEDRIVERWHOBEGSALOT I TIPTHE, ALLTHETIME.
