My husband has been a patient of Dr. Jackson for years and after allergy shots and prescription medicine did not show any improvement for his sinuses, he followed Dr. Jackson’s recommendation for sinus surgery. The results of the surgery were not at all what Dr. Jackson said would happen. He continues to have the same issues now as he did pre-surgery but now has the added issue of loud snoring. Dr. Jackson was unsympathetic to his post-op issues and when examining him used words like«eww» and«gross.» His bedside manner is unprofessional but more importantly his results were not satisfactory. He’s snarky and not detailed. Be prepared for long wait times and an unclear course of action/blasé attitude.

I was crazy impressed with Dr. Keith Jackson at Northside ENT… and the staff, although disorganized, was very friendly. I originally made my appointment through my new favorite website, Zocdoc for an appointment with a different doctor in the same practice at their Roswell office. I live in Atlanta, but was willing to drive that far OTP to see a great doctor as this practice had amazing reviews on google. I was called about an hour after I booked my appointment saying they messed up and couldn’t honor my zocdoc appointment in Roswell, but they could fit me in if I was willing to go to the Perimeter office and a different doctor… well, of course… Perimeter is half the distance from me, as I live ITP. Fast forward 2 hours, I get to the office, had all my paperwork filled out ahead of time, and still sat for an hour before going back to see the doctor. Once I got back to the room, it was pretty quick until he came in, but DAMN! Dr. Jackson was quite the jokester, which I liked. He knew what was wrong after I described my symptoms, but kept me in suspense until he put the tube up my nose and down my throat. He confirmed his suspicions and diagnosed me with something no other Allergist, ENT, or other doctor had. I was happy with my experience.

Not helpful surgery price quoted incorrect. Had me pay $ 200 up front said insurance covered the rest — not in network(forgot to mention that) sent bill for $ 1500. A lot of money for unhelpful surgery!!!
