Overstock Liquidation

We had a good experience with overstock liquidators. Marcus helped us and have us a great deal! The products themselves are great quality and the service was thorough and complete.

BEWARE, this place is a fraud. Do yourself a favor and take your $$ elsewhere and spend somewhere trustworthy. Here are a couple of red flags.
1. They don’t give you invoice or warranty on the product.
2. They have no return policy but they don’t inform you that while selling. I think it is illegal not to inform your customer if you have no return policy.
3. The store is staffed by just 2 people who don’t seem to know about what they are selling.
4. The 2 person staff there, Willie and Dee, don’t have any power to deal with replacement/​return. They say only the owner Marco can handle them.
5. The owner Marco is a ghost. You cant contact Marco directly. Every time you call the store, he says he’ll ask Marco to call you back. But he never calls back. And when you follow up, Willie will say Marco tried calling you but he reached your voice mail.

Bought a sectional sofa from this place. Opened the first box, the leather on the sofa was ripped. I was inclined not to accept the shipment, but the store staff Willie advised me to pay the shippers and they will send a replacement the very next day. My first mistake to trust him. That next day never came. Ever since then I have been calling them, and get an answer that Marco will call me back. I once got an «opportunity» to talk to Marco and he assured to send replacement, but that day never came. I finally got frustrated and asked to return for refund. Of course, what was I thinking, they said they have no return policy. They didn’t tell me that it is final sale, and it is not displayed in store anywhere.
Today I opened the remaining 2 boxes and leather was ripped on each of them too! This is not a coincidence. Clearly they sold me below par/​defective product, took my money and refuse to return or replace. I have opened a dispute with credit card company now, and can only hope to get a resolution. If you want to save yourself months of heartburn and misery, do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money here. They don’t deserve your money.

I told the guys that I would add my review on Unilocal.I needed a king mattress & found this place when I went to get my Georgia drivers license next door.
They have a variety of Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses at discount prices, in addition to other furniture. Some can be ordered through their catalog.
I bought the mattress today & was told it would be delivered today. They made sure that the mattress arrived for a delivery fee.
The guys were friendly & helpful. This is apparently their new location, so they are trying to advertise that.
Overall buying from them was a positive experience.
