OK, so last time I went to PF Chang(at this specific location) is about 15 years ago. Anyways, took the family to this place last night. It was either this location or Cumberland Mall location. I am glad we chose this location. Ambiance is so much better here. Well, I think the one at Mall of Emirates in Dubai is way much better but we are comparing with USA right? :). We arrived around 10:25pm so only had about half hour remaining before they closed but the server were great and food was delicious. I can’t remember everything but we had the following: Handmade dumplings with shrimp(not fried) — Tasted yummy! Dynamite shrimp — Tasty but I definitely thing the one in Middle East tasted much better. Still for my American friends here, it is a signature appetizer and must try! Chang’s Spicy chicken and Orange peel chicken — both tasted almost same. Family however said the Orange peel chicken tasted better. Your experience may vary… They both looked same but Orange peel chicken was sweeter. Chang’s lobster rice — Not for those trying to stay healthy :). It was good though. Enough for two. For drink we had sweet tea(safe to have it) and house-made ginger beer(alcohol-free). Again, family liked the house-made ginger beer as it was something different. Enjoy your time there!

Well I don’t know what everybody’s problem was complaining about the service and the food at this location. We decided to come and have dinner anyway. We haven’t been to a PF Changs in over a year so we were kind of excited. I came in ready to fight with whomever if we didn’t get Service and if the food was bad but instead we sat up the bar and had a fantastic meal with a fantastic bartender. This guy(Tim) took really good care of us. We sat next to an interesting gentleman and another couple, almost like family style. We had a conversation, we laughed, we joked around, watch the little sports on TV just like I expected. People will complain about anything. Don’t wait till you can do it on Unilocal.Talk to management. Sometimes it works out in your favor like free stuff. Anyway, I’m here to tell you, this place is just as good as any other PF. May be better than most. Service was great. Food was excellent. Parking was great(free with valet. Just tips). Come back and try again or try it for the first time. I recommend.

I come here quite often because I love the food and the food IS very good. But the service at this location is horrible. They can never get the seating right, if you sit at the bar the bartender is aloof and the last time I sat at a table the waiter never cleared one plate while we ate, leaving us with a cluttered table full of dirty dishes. Not recommended.

I am currently here. We got here at 7:30PM, and waited for an hour to get seated. We waited approximately 15 minutes to get our drink orders. The waitress constantly kept disappearing, it took extremely long for our soups to come out(which are pre-made). Our food came out maybe about an hour after we got our souls and it so happen not to be our food it was the table behind us food. When we finally got our food they brought it out in increments, keep in mind it was only a party of six and four of us chose the Chang for two options. ALLOFOURORDERSWEREINCORRECT. My pasta was extremely dry, the noodles were inedible(Singapore street noodles) two girls ordered chicken that came with a side of rice, which they had to wait another 20 mins for and by the time they got it their chicken was cold. This is where it gets good, we requested to speak to a manager. When the manager came over, he never introduced himself and he rushed through our problems and didn’t listen to us, and said«I’ll get everyone a round of drinks,» that does not solve our problems. We were still waiting on food, he completely ignored that by the way. We never got our drinks, he took the drink items off of our bill, and never returned he showed no empathy, no concern, no care in the world for the horrible experience we had. They waitress never apologized for any of the screw ups and basically was blaming it on the kitchen and the runners. My friends and j drove ALLTHEWAYFROMLITHONIA, to not enjoy our meals. We will never return there, the management needs to revise their staff and have a smooth plan for the customers to feel comfortable, and not hungry and angry. Please do not go here, not on a Saturday night, or any other night for that matter.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if possible for ALL categories. SERVICE I had a somewhat large party of 10 people. We were seated at a table in the back for lunch, and the restaurant was pretty full. We waited for 20 minutes with no service. I saw a bunch of servers hanging around the pay station talking and laughing(10 feet from our table) and had to walk over myself to ask for service. When I walked over, none of them even knew who would be our server! Completely unprofessional. FOOD The overall food is bland Chinese. This is to be expected from a chain restaurant like this that wouldn’t know authentic Chinese food if they ate it on accident, but that’s not actually the reason for the horrible review. 1) It took 20 minutes from the time the first dish was brought out to the last. This means that half the party was done eating before the other half had even gotten their food! It’s like they just completely forgot about our order(not surprising considering no server even thought they had our table). 2) There were giant glass shards in one of our water glasses. GLASSSHARDS. It’s like they stacked the glasses, broke one, and didn’t care to even check before they filled them with water. Now, when you have a water glass filled with water and ice, you couldn’t even tell there was glass, so he actually was drinking out of the glass. He couldn’t even notice until a shard nearly cut him on the lip! It was unreal. I have never seen a restaurant be more unprofessional. SERVICE(again) After all this, of course I wanted to talk to the manager. You want to know who was sent out to talk with me? Some kind of pre-manager-in-training who made it incredibly clear that he wasn’t the manager, had only just arrived to the restaurant, and had no idea what was going on or how to fix it. NOTHELPFUL. PARKING This likely isn’t in control of the restaurant itself, but it hurts the overall experience. We came during lunch, which even in absence of the issues mentioned above I would never recommend. Parking was a MADHOUSE. The valet lot(completely unnecessary in the suburbs like this) takes up the majority of the parking lot, forcing all cars to valet. Not really a problem except there was only one valet guy! This meant cars backed up to the street. I waited in line for 10 minutes before finally abandoning my car, leaving keys on the valet, and walking inside. Everything about this was horrible. I certainly will never be going back and NEVER bringing my team back again. I work in a large office complex nearby and will make sure that no one I ever come in contact with ever comes to this restaurant for a function. It was horrifying.

I like PF chang’s restaurant in Asian food. Happened to be there for dinner and ordered a Chilli garlic noodle which was very bland to start with. No flavor of garlic at all. I would suggest to go for this dish if you like the bland dishes otherwise I would say not worth tasting/eating.

Strike 1: Valet? Complimentary? Not when you have to tip, limited self parking/Strike 2: Be prepared for an empty glass, they must not believe in refills here. Strike 3: Slow service, «where’s my waiter»? Your guess is as good as mine. Strike 3???-YOU’REOUT! AVOID!

I don’t really care for Asian cuisine but I munched here for a coworker’s birthday. The food I ordered was actually pretty damn good and I wouldn’t mind a second visit. The waiter was very nice and down to earth. Great service.

The last time I ate here was at the one in San Juan, Puerto Rico and had such a pleasant experience. So I was utterly surprised when I dined at the one in Dunwoody that it was sub par. Let’s start with the hostess stand. We were greeted pleasantly but when one hostess went to seat us, she just grabbed menus and started walking off without letting us know to follow. After we were seated we were greeted by our server who did an average job, at best. The part that annoyed me the most was the phone, at the host stand, kept ringing and ringing and ringing. Apparently the host both had something better to do than answer the phone. The manager walked around aimlessly, not even bothered by the phone ringing. The food was ok, nothing special. The dessert was the best part.

Food was ok, the desert was really great, we had the vanilla won tons. The service was terrible, especially for a slow day.

The food is on par with any other PF Changs but the kitchen struggles with getting the order correct.

My first time ever visiting a PF Chang’s was this location. The food and service were just okay. The behavior of the staff not working, could have been more professional. As we were leaving; there was a roach crawling on the floor in front of our booth. I kindly asked the server if he could please get it. Needless to say, we will not return to this location.

Well this is a tough one. I love PF Changs in general and I don’t judge places by authenticity so much as food and service. However, this visit was surreal. It wasnt horrible but wasn’t that great. The quinoa dip was really good and the veggie curry spectacular. The Kung Pao chicken wasn’t worth the price. It was good but not that good and had almost no sauce on it. I mean overall the food was super yummy and I was happy. The service though wow, it was bad. No one seemed to care and our waiter was way more into a rewards program than our meal. So much so he brought the cheque before desert which I canceled because I’m not going to pay before I even get the last plate. I don’t know what else to add other than the menu is mostly fusion now with sushi and curry and pad thai. There’s a rewards program and they’re pushing it hard. Be ready to have a bit of dinner theatre around you and everyone else as they push it hard. I’ve clicked between two and three stars because maybe a manager was on everyone and the food was good but ehhh. Let’s say two and a half.

Food was decent. Order the Mongolian beef and that was worth the bang for my buck but the korean BBQ chicken was not so good. Tasted like fake chicken and was defrosted and then fried. Service was mediocre, had to flag down my waiter for more rice because he wasn’t attentive. And the silverware is not clean! Make sure u look at it before you eat!!!

Yes, oh sophisticated foodie, it is understood that PF Chang’s isn’t «authentic» Chinese food. Now, scurry along, and go talk to your friends about«how most Americans don’t know what good food is.» And don’t forget your fedora. PF Chang’s is national chain of Chinese restaurants apparently intended to provide for a more Americanized dining experience. I’ve been to a few of the restaurants, but the one I’ve visited most often is in Dunwoody. To begin with, the restaurant itself is fairly attractive and clean. There’s a nice outdoor seating area and a somewhat visible kitchen. The lighting has a 60s vibe going on and the booths and seats are spacious and comfortable. I’ve never had problems with service, either. It’s always been friendly and efficient, and when I’ve made reservations I’ve been able to sit down for when they were made, without delay. I like the food. I don’t know enough about authentic Chinese food to draw any comparison but I know that I think it tastes good. I very much enjoyed the dumplings and the spring rolls. The«signature» dish is the Chang’s Spicy Chicken. I have no clue what the analogous dish would be in a more authentic setting; but it’s chicken, pan fried, slightly spicy with a bit ginger, and served with white or brown rice. I think it’s delicious, genuine or not. I’ve also had the Mongolian beef, which was good, not great, and I haven’t had the spare ribs, and they looked quite delicious. Also, as of my last visit, PF Chang’s had joined he recent trend offering a dinner for two for a set price. It was $ 39.99 and for this you received your choice of most(but not all) of the appetizers, two of some of their more popular entrees, two soups(egg drop or hot and sour) and two small portions of dessert. So, I’m judging PF Chang’s strictly from I think it tastes, irrespective to all us. In that sense, I can recommend it and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

The reason for 4 stars is not the food that they serve but the service we received. The food was good, but as some others have mentioned, it is not«authentic Chinese». Since I have never visited China and my exposure to Chinese food has been what I have had is Singapore and Jakarta, I am not sure how«Authentic Chinese» food should taste. Having said that the food has flavor. We ordered Kung Pow Chicken, Korean BBQ Chicken Stir Fry and Chang Spicy Chicken. All three had a different distinct flavor. The chicken was cooked well, crispy on the outside and tender inside, the veggies had the right amount of crunch and the amount of sauce was just right. The highlight of the meal was the service our server — Jonathan — was pleasant, attentive though not intrusive. We never felt rushed or found waiting. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The gluten free selection here is to die for. Especially if you have celiac disease. The service is usually hit or miss. More hit than miss in my experiences. Good quality is overall excellent. A couple times it has been off but if you ask the server they will usually fix anything for you. Gluten free Singapore noodles are beyond amazing. And I get Mongolian beef but sub chicken instead and am never disappointed. Especially since most brown sauces are un touchable for me. But this one being gluten free is just wonderful. Def a beautiful place. And the flour less chocolate cake is like the real estate in Dunwoody. Will not last long even if it was right in front of you 5 min ago. Never have got sick here because of gluten! Thanks!

Ate at the bar tonight— boy what a treat… Just kidding. Started out with pan fried pork dumplings — then to Beef a Sichuan. Let me tell you– the dumplings were burnt on one side — beef was beef jerky Sichuan! The cooks were having a bad day!
