Palm Beach Tan

I was visiting Atlanta for 3 weeks and decided to get a tan I signed up with Palm Beach tan they took my credit card and have taken out over $ 600 I tanned 10 times I use the tanning bed for a total of 1 hour and a half and basically charged me $ 600 this place is a joke and they will rob you blind if you give them your credit card

If i lived here this would be my go to place for a tan. Spray, stand ups, snd tons of regular beds. Staff is amazing. I got a price they didnt try any sales trickery. Thanks for the tan

I drive 5 miles out of my way to come to this location compared to the location on Roswell Road or Buckhead. The girls here are so friendly and nice. They always have a smile on their face, they know my name and which bed I want as I walk in the door.
In my opinion, this Palm Beach Tan location is bigger and has a better selection of tanning beds. The diamond bed at the Roswell Rd location is always broken and bulbs burnt out. I never have that problem here.
This location also has 3 different kinds of spray tanning beds as well. Depending on how much color you want you can choose from: Versapro, Versaspa and Mystic Tan. The spray tan choice depends on your natural color tone and what color you are looking for: red, gold or bronzed brown. I prefer Mystic Tan but thats just my personal preference. The team here will be happy to help you figure out which one is best for you.
This Palm Beach location is OTP but I can guarantee won’t get the customer service, sales on lotions and variety of beds that this location has.

The facility is nice and clean but I would stay away from signing anything with this place. It is impossible to cancel and when I did and signed the form they claimed they never received it and charged me for the next 3 months until I found it on my credit card.

Very clean and they provide more ammenities than I have ever seen before. They do try to sell you something at every turn… that’s the only thing I would change.

Honestly, this tanning salon is clean. And they have good beds. But I have never experienced such pushy sales people in my entire life. I used to work retail and I understand, but seriously every time I sign in they are harrassing me about lotions and upgrades. It takes away from the enjoyable experience. Stop bullying your customers into upgrades and trying to get us to use the lotion you want us to buy from you. If I tell you no one time, that should be enough. Please don’t make me say no to you 5 times in the span of 45 seconds. It’s too much. And if I have free upgrades on my account, why in the world would I choose to pay you for an upgrade? Please use your brain and read your customer’s body language and listen to what they tell you. I don’t want to buy your $ 100 bottle of lotion and I do not want to upgrade. Thanks. 5 stars for the salon itself, 2 stars for the pushy sales people. Ew.

As an avid tanner I think I have tried most of the tanning salons in the area. Although, there is a new one that I have not tried yet. Palm Beach Tan has the best high pressure beds. They have a new open bed so you dont really sweat. 12 minutes and you are tan. Each location has different beds. The best 2 locations are in Dunwoody and Buckhead loop on Lenox Rd. They have several packages to choose from. If you decide to put your membership on hold you still get a $ 5 credit per month towards a tan. They also have late hours which is a plus. NPWH

Good experience at this tanning salon. I only docked this location one star as the membership costs are a little on the high side. At the same time, you get what you pay for. I never had to wait to get into a bed, and the beds were always clean and ready to go.
The office staff is helpful and very knowledgeable about their industry. The location can get a little busy at times and the «check in» process gets a little bogged down, but this is expected.
If you are looking for a good tanning salon in the area, you can’t beat Palm Beach Tan.
