The employees have the worst attitude. You can’t even ask them a question. The food is what you expect from Panera franchise.

«And I thought my grandpa slurping his soup was bad…» — The X-Files: Season 7, Episode 14 How can you go wrong with soup and a sandwich for lunch? This is easily one of the most consistent lunch spots in my hood and I frequently swing by after placing an order online and grab it to go. But also, this is a great place to come for dinner when you want something light or just want soup on a rainy day or are feeling under the weather. I’ve long been a Panera fan — but this is one of my favorite locations. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always have what you want(unless you come late in the day — they tend to run out of things). I do tend to be a creature of habit when it comes to the sandwiches, but I vary my soup orders. Personally, I love the You Pick 2 options. ½ sandwich, ½ soup with a side item(baguette, Apple or chips). I believe you coulée also choose a ½ salad if you prefer. My soup choice changes day to day, but the chicken and wild rice is my favorite, but the French Onion and Broccoli Cheddar are also great. As for sandwich, I tend to stick with the Bacon Turkey Bravo — that Tomato Basil Bread is a winner! You know I never know why I don’t think of Panera when i’m thinking of a quick good soup, salad and sandwich place. This is a fairly convenient location to me. Stuck away in a strip mall, parking in this location can be tricky sometimes. So if you love your car and hate door dings this might not be the place for you. Easy ordering including Apple pay keep in mind that this is «Fast-ish» type food. It’s somewhat made to order so like«Burger King» you can have it your way but you will have to wait a minute or two to get it. The interior is nice plenty of seating, the staff try’s hard to please and the food is decent. Like I said this is «fast-ish» food so don’t expect a good Ribeye with a good red wine. But for lunch it’s a nice change of pace.

This is your classic, run of the mill Panera. The seating area is a nice size and can accommodate large groups, especially when it’s not peak hours. My favorite thing to get at any panera location is the broccoli and cheddar soup and the chicken Caesar salad sandwich(this isn’t on the menu anymore but they’ll still make it). I’m sure there are better things to order, but I’m stuck with my same order from eight years ago. The You Pick Two is my favorite thing to do because I can never make a decision about just one item. Service is decent, atmosphere is typical. Nothing special, but a classic and pleasant panera.

It’s the first time I have had their broth bowl. I am having the lintel-quinoa with egg. Very tasty, a tad spicy and salty for my taste, but«clean» tasting and nutritious. There is kale, tomatoes, bits of carrots, and some barley and it is served with a slice of lemon. I may try this again sometime to see if this was just a strong batch. It is lunchtime but they served the food quickly. I have had some issues in the past which made me only come here sporadically but they seem to have uped their game, so I will come more often and see if it sticks.

I was so excited that for the last couple of weeks this Panera had wonderfully brewed tea. Today the tea was like water again. Manager can you at least act interested in your lack of quality when it is brought to your attention.

Came here on a weekend lunch. There was plenty of parking space and seating areas. We ordered: Frontega Chicken Panini Smoked, pulled, antibiotic-free chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions, chopped basil and chipotle mayo on Focaccia. Bistro French Onion Soup Sweet onions in a savory broth with classic sherry wine vinegar gastrique and sea salts, topped with Gruyère and asiago crutons. The panini was yummy and the ingredients tasted fresh, so no complaints there. This was my first French onion soup and first bread bowl experience! I was actually feeling a bit sick while on the road, but this soup got me feeling all better. We also ordered with a baguette on the side, but this was a bad idea as there was too much bread for both of us to eat. The counter service staff were friendly and overall clean place to eat.

This is a nice, clean Panera, and service was nice. Bread was very good, which is not always a given with a Panera. Bread was fresh, and I really don’t like stale, day-old bread. Wifi was fast and store was clean and quiet. Well done.

Panera Bread is my favorite lunch place, but today’s visit was just completely bad. The lady who took my order must’ve been having a bad day because she was very unpleasant. The toaster is broken so my cinnamon crunch bagel wasn’t going to happen, my turkey chili didn’t taste fresh at all(and the croutons were old and chewy), and I took a bite of my sandwich and got a mouth full of paper, which wasn’t removed from the cheese. I’m just going to erase this visit from my memory and hope I get the standard of service I’m used to receiving here.

Worst panera ever! If you go here you will regret it. They have double charged me for meals. Most recently they mixed up my order so I had to drive all the way back to get my actual food. They didn’t apologize or anything, they just looked at my receipt, took my bag and begrudingly gave me half of my original order, the correct soup. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to visit another location in order to actually receive correct food and pay only for what you eat.

The first 2 times I came here my friend and I put this in our GPS to find it because we thought there were two locations and wanted to ensure we were going to the right one. Took us to a completely different spot. Anywho, love coming here. Customer service is great! Last time I was here I got a free bagel and frapp when i declined a drink because I couldn’t afford it at the time. AWESOME! And they tasted so good.

Ordered the quinoa soup. The food preparer wears gloves. He was looking for ingredients in a dirty cart in the middle of the workspace. At the same time someone was mopping the floor around him!!! The soup pre-mix is kept in a PLASTIC container and heated when ordered. With the same dirty gloves he places some spinach in the bowl and pours the soup over it. The brown broth or mix is pre-mixed. It is very strong and SALTY. This is NOT the healthy meal I thought I ordered!

Like any other Panera bread, their sandwiches are fantastic. 99 cent pastry with combo purchase. The customer service is great. This location they have a very nice outside patio with a lot of seats. I also come here to study sometimes since they have free wifi and often a quiet place.

I love Panera, always have. You know what you’re getting at pretty much any location. Size, seating and service can vary but I’ve rarely had a bad experience. I like this location, south of Buckhead near Peachtree Battle. There is ample seating and a big patio. Crowds can vary based on time/day…

Of all of the chain sandwich shops(Jimmy John’s, Corner Bakery, Subway, etc.), Panera Bread is definitely my favorite. I don’t love sandwiches per se, so the fact that Panera offers so many other food options is what draws me in. Their turkey chili is rich and flavorful and packed with ingredients. The macaroni and cheese is creamy and cheesy and does not taste like it has been sitting under a heat lamp on a buffet line. The salad and soup options offer a lot of diversity and the mix and match option allows you to try different things. All in all, places like this inherently aren’t my thing. That being said, this Panera was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh and flavorful. I would definitely return to Panera in the future. TIP: No free refills on lemonade.

Reliable Panera, another one of my favorite chain restaurants. Consistently good and fresh, and great customer service. I generally go for the Fuji Apple Salad, Garden Veggie Soup, Sierra Turkey on Tomato Basil bread(seriously good, you’re welcome!), and rarely branch out from the classics. I worked at a location in Alpharetta while in college and remember what I liked and didn’t like, and stick to those now that I’m paying full fare! One thing I don’t like about this store is they are skimpy on salads. I wish they gave you more lettuce base than they currently do. Other than that, this is a good Panera to visit: clean, plenty of open seats, and a cute patio. A few insider tips: 1. You can get a bagel as your side item on a Pick 2 for a small upcharge. If you want to save it for tomorrow’s breakfast, ask for it sliced and not toasted. 2. You can customize anything on the menu, except for the paninis(Frontega Chicken, Smokehouse Turkey, etc) because they are pre-made. I have seen them make exceptions in extenuating circumstances, but for the most part, they don’t. 3. If you have a problem, speak up about it. They have stellar training and really pick quality people to work at their stores. These people will bend over backwards to make you happy. 4. If you have a dietary restriction, ask to see the menu book. You can read through it and find clear labeling for items with soy, dairy, gluten, etc. And the associate can help you pick out something not only edible, but also tasty. 5. Don’t read the menu book in the bakery section. Ignorance is bliss when it comes to how many calories are in a bear claw.

I ordered 2 Bread Bowl soups togo and a few other meals over the phone. At the end I hung up and immediately called back to add 2 chocolate croissants. I sent someone over to pick up the food in traffic because my mom mentioned she could go for a broccoli cheese bread bowl soup. When they got there to pick up the order I asked her to repeat everything to the staff member getting the order together. She did this with me on the phone. When she brought the order back it was missing the two bread bowls… the soup was there, but no bread bowls. The two pastries were also not inside. I called back and the manager refused they were wrong and did not want to send anyone to deliver the bread bowls. I asked for my money back and after a lot of arguing he said he would do it. It has been about 6 weeks now and I saw the charge still on my credit card statement I just paid. all I wanted was an apology or a way to fix it.

Of course panera is a cute little bakery with pretty good food and coffee, but I do have a bone to pick. A bakery type place like this is supposed to offer an inviting atmosphere, a place where you can catch up with a friend, have a business lunch, or get some work done with that being said, It drives me crazy that they have a 30 Minute time limit on their wifi between the hours of 11 and 2. I came here to get some work done at 1 over lunch and had a super slow reception and I just felt rushed the entire time. There were 2 sweet ladies at the table next to me planning some event. It was clear that they had been there a while before me and they were still there when I left. Obviously, there is nothing wrong with them meeting up at panera to accomplish some task, I just think it is poor representation of the company to make certain guests feel rushed or unwelcome as paying customers. With that being said, if you are a grilled cheese fanatic like myself then I would highly recommend the fontina grilled cheese. :)

This location is lucky I love Panera in general and lucky they are close to my house. The incompetency level of this location is shocking and it never gets better. They never have enough bagels in the morning, they never get my order right, and I’m always leaving feeling like its my fault! Like I said, they are lucky there are no Einstiens Bros nearby and I like the brand or I would never come to this location!

Every time I come to this Panera I regret it. I really only come here when my favorite«local version» of Panera is closed, and I just want something quick and not terrible for you. Plus I’m a sucker for Panera’s hazelnut coffee. But this Panera seems poorly run. The people who ring you up aren’t friendly. They seem scattered and chatty amongst each other. It probably doesn’t help that the manager always seems frazzled. This location is also really inconsistent. Part of why one goes to a chain is knowing what to expect when you order something. Well when I buy my husband the Italian combo sandwich with ham, turkey and roast beef it shouldn’t be a surprise as to how much meat is on it. Seriously we’ve gotten it before with a tiny sliver of roast beef. It’s true there’s a pic so you know it happened. Or I’ll order a salad that comes with hard boiled egg and for whatever reason sometimes I get two eggs and sometimes just one. Really this review is just as much of a reminder for me not to come here as much as it is a warning to others.

Jederzeit wieder!
