Worst apartments I have ever lived in. Literally everyone from maintenance, office staff, and pest control give ZERO F***. They have SERIOUS bug problem here I have had to buy industrial bug gels from the Do It Yourself Pest Control up the street. NOTHING gets fixed and if it does rest assured it will take weeks for someone to come. The office staff is full of shit, they say anything to get you out their face. Everything is old and crappy they really need to renovate this place and fire the exterminator.

I have only been a resident here since November 11, 2015 and I am being forced to move because of a loud plumbing noise in my apartment that keeps me from sleeping. I have had numerous service request submitted and they do not fix these things in a timely manner. I addition, I have been treated rudely by some of the staff as well as one of the managers. They seem to have no regard for their tenants. When you notice it they try to act like you are the one with the issue. I am posting this with hopes of saving others from the headache that I have had to endure. Too many issues to write about but save your self the time and energy and find another location to live. I will be moving soon as I am being forced to since the issues has not been repaired. I have to sleep on my couch because of the loud plumbing noise emitting thru thru the wall. I ended up having to move and they still charged me for rent with no regard for my situation.

Has a serious bug infestation problem. My boyfriend saw over 20 roaches one night when vegetable oil was spilled. Maintenance is too busy gossiping and paying too much attention to residents lives and corporate is not much help. DO NOT RESIDE HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. P. s– some neighbors way overstep their boundaries and pay too much attention to bedroom activities.

I am currently a resident and I absolutely hate it. The staff is lazy and they just make excuses for everything. Every time I ask a question nobody knows the answer. They just say what ever they can just for you to sign the least. The apartments are filled withbugs and they have a terrible terminator. I requested for him to come buy and he just sprayed it directly on the floor almost causing my to trip in my own kitchen. You can tell that the people who work here are just there for a check and not to provide good service.

My biggest complaint is maintenance. It takes FOREVER to get anything fixed. And half the time, it isn’t actually fixed. My fridge has been collecting water under the crisper drawer for the entire time I have lived here (2.5 years) and I just gave up trying to get it fixed. My air has gone out 9 times in 2.5 years. It is currently out. The temp inside is 87 while the temp outside is 80. This makes me cranky. It takes them at least 2 weeks to fix things unless you go in the office and complain every single day.
I am breaking my lease and moving out early. I can’t spend another summer with my air breaking all the time.
