There are 3 great things about this place. 1. the LOCATION. Perfect, Parkside in Buckhead is in the middle of everything going on and right next to al the great restaurants and shopping locations. 2. PRICE the price is very reasonable and you pay for what you get. its not super fancy tiled floors and marble countertops but its clean, neat and relatively bug free. the last one 3. SAFTEY I’m not form Atlanta so when i moved here i wanted to make sure that where i was living was in a safe and young female friendly. I’ve been approached walking o the grocery store but never in an agressive way. The key here is to keep your wits about you and pay attention but all in all I can walk to the library or the grocery store with no problem.
The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is only because when you first walk into the buildings you can tel they need a little repair. Just a coat of paint and some new lighting. BUt the rooms are clean and the walls are thick.
Just remember Parkside at Buckhead is al about the LOCATION!
