I wanted questions answered before a procedure. I wasn’t allowed to ask, and was told I would be given a brochure on the way out. It was something meant for a 1st grader and explained little to nothing. I had to go on line and Google an answer. I overpaid and was underserved most definitely, plus the person taking my information for the doctor kept yelling at me if I had to think of an answer to a question for more than a second. It was very unsettling and an unnecessary trip altogether.
