Poor maintenance. Staff tends to forget the appropriate work orders. Residents have to remind them at least 3 times to get it taken care of.

I would like to compliment Worthington for having the best staff and accommodations. I have enjoyed their service for three years and they are a wonderful management team! Berkeley Run and Berkeley Trace is a serene location and the landscaping will whisk you far away from the hustle and bustle, south of Buckhead. Nestled on the northern edge of Atlanta, Berkeley Run and Berkeley Trace is set in an expansive wooded, park-​like area with generous community amenities.
