5 stars for the energetic yet not frenetic Statue of Liberty person near the intersection of Blvd & Ponce. I’ve gained a new appreciation for them after watching the «pseudo-​breakdancing business sign-​twirler» guy not far down Ponce, near Murder Kroger. Whereas sign twirler/​dancer looks like he’s tweaking, Person Dressed Like the Statue of Liberty successfully and staunchly performs their duties, whilst remaining dignified. Watch and learn, sign twirler. Watch and learn.

I saw TWO Statues of Liberty side by side today at the corner of Boulevard and Ponce at the gas station next to Popeye’s. And there was lots of ice on the ground from Snowmaggedon 2011 as well as crackheads everywhere. If that’s not bravery, I don’t know what is.
I salute YOU, Ladies of Liberty. My Florida-​raised ass can’t even stand up straight on ice.
