Pet Paradise

My dog loves going to Pet Paradise. I love the people who greet us and I love watching them interact with the dogs through the large windows from the lobby into the play area. My dogs favorite spot seems to be the pool. He loves getting in to play but hates getting out. I would recommend this Pet Paradise to anyone. It’s convenient to the interstate and very convenient to the Atlanta airport!

Best place for my dogs, they love the place and always excited to get there. …the stuff ppl are so caring and loving, makes me feel good to leave my babies with and under their watch.

I have used this location a few times and every time you talk to someone it’s a different story. From list reservations, some one at the front desk saying one thing the manager saying the other, to miss feeding the dogs even though the food had been seperated and organized. This location is easily eat one of the most overpriced unprofessional environments you can imagine. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I have a greyhound who is a rescue and loves other dogs. She likes boarding places typically and leaves happy and healthy. I took her here twice and each time they had messed up her food amounts and even gave her another dogs medicine on the last visit. She was really frantic/​anxious when I picked her up. On my way out the manager kept insisting that my dog was too skinny. I reassured her that I actually feed her over the recommended amount because she is so active, but greyhounds are thin dogs. Thats a part of the breed. If they become overweight it’s pretty detrimental to their health. My vet who sees many greyhounds is also very happy with her weight and says she looks great. I kept reassuring the manager that my dog really is at her most healthy weight. The manager would not give up! She claimed she had a neighbor with two greyhounds and they were much more filled out. It was so annoying. She thought she was a greyhound expert because her neighbor had two. Eventually I just left.

Filthy place that charges a premium. Our dogs who are both long potty-​trained came back smelling heavily of urine. Indicative of lack of cleaning of the rooms. They also didn’t alert us of one of the dogs not eating well, at which time we could have offered suggestions. Our dogs were neglected and were completely filthy when returned to us after 6 nights. We’ve seen many kennels in our travels and have never had this issue. Absolutely will not be back and do not recommend to others, if you care for the well-​being of your pets.

My regular boarding facility was full so I tried Pet Paradise because of the proximity to the airport and hours for pick up and drop off. My wife and I had a great experience with them and my dog came home happy and healthy! I will use them again.

I used to think this was a good boarding place but however they have decided to run it now is just awful. I spent $ 400 for boarding services and definitely did not think it was worth it. I wrote an email asking them about my dogs and no one ever replied anything back. Also, my dog returned with a huge crust which now looks like a fungal infection because it’s spreading on his actual nose which I am taking him to the vet for today. No one told me anything about why he had that on his nose. They have 0 communication skills which started from the moment I walked in and told me I didn’t have a reservation when I clearly had one in my email. Spend your money somewhere else!

I took a survey that was emailed to me about PetParadise after my pup was boarded there. I was honest about the amount of time that my dog got to actually play (I checked the webcam often). Little did I know, but the survey went to the owner and Shannon contacted me immediately. She was very kind and reviewed the footage and informed me that my dog was with another group (the smaller dogs) and that’s why I didn’t see him playing on the webcam. She did offer to move him to a different group so I could view him and also offered a free day of doggie daycare.

I am absolutely in love with Pet Paradise. I have been a loyal customer of this facility for nearly 3 years and bring both of my dogs Chance (Cocker Spaniel) and Faith (Cane Corso) every weekday for day care, and Chance gets groomed once a month by Erin, the master cutter! I truly trust Shannon and Lindsay (the Managers) and their entire staff with the care of my pups and they deliver exceptional service. Chance has now learned how to be such a great swimmer that I can’t tell the difference between him and Michael Phelps! :-) Also, my dogs get great exercise in the jungle gym and occasionally get an ice cream treat! I am so fortunate to have Pet Paradise as a trusted resource for my most prized possessions. Thanks, everyone!

After being turned down from many facilities in the local area, we went to Pet Paradise originally because they were the only one to accept a Pit Bull Mix breed. Well 3 years later we are still there at least once a week, and our dog Wally loves this place. The staff is always super friendly, and gets us in and out very quickly each time. They have an awesome pool and keep the dogs occupied during there time there. The location is great and I think there pricing is very competitive with most in the area. Love Love Love this place!!!

the only thing i want to hear from the «regional manager» is that i will be fully «reimbursed» for all of tyson’s vet bills. not just the bill dated for january 16^th, 2015. he had to go to the vet, that friday january 16^th, 2015, and back again saturday january 17^th, 2015, sunday january 18^th, 2015 and monday january 19^th, 2015. tyson was drugged. you all did not have authorization to give him any medications. i will never bring him back to that hell hole… this was my first and last time ever boarding him.
take some accountability. the way i was spoken to by the manager shannon h, is unacceptable!
she should not be in a management position. she’s extremely unprofessional. she could care less about the pets that are left there in your care. instead of closing her mouth and listening, all she’s interested in is trying to out talk you, over talking you, and placing blame on the pet owner. not to mention «she hung up the phone on me». if that’s not unprofessional i don’t know what is.
so if your «regional manager» wants to talk about reimbursing me my money for tyson’s vet bills then by all means give me a call.
but… if the «regional manager» calls me talking «crazy», then we have nothing to talk about.

Pet Paradise is an awesome facility! My dog Tucker loves it. He always comes home happy and exhausted from the play groups! Dale is amazing with the dogs!
Everyone on the staff is very nice and professional– I completely trust them.
I’m a flight attendant and travel a lot with my job-​being able to drop off and pick up ²⁴⁄₇ is priceless… I wouldn’t be able to have a dog without them

We have been taking our «boys» Otto and Harley to Pet Paradise since we moved nearby a couple years back. This place is fantastic — the staff is great, they take such good care of the pets. Everytime we come back from vacation, the boys have that look in their eyes of «cant we stay here a little bit more before going back home» which really makes us all feel good. LOVE the fact that you can basically get them ²⁴⁄₇ — super convenient.

My fur babies love coming for day care and the team is always upbeat and personal. I trust PPR with my dogs boarding and day care. I’ve been using them for over a year and just recently started bringing in foster dogs for socialization. The teams work with my special fosters and I appreciate all the extra help I can get with these special dogs.

let me tell you i love and adore pet paradise for so many reasons i don’t know where to start. my dog loves it there. they have a play session format where the dogs play for an hour or so, and then they rest, and then i think they do this 5 – 7 times throughout the dog. the first time i heard this i as skeptical thinking my dog would prefer to just be out the entire day, but from experience i believe my dog is more tired from this format b/​c it allows him to «sprint» during play sessions and go all out, and thenrest, instead of just trotting around all day at a slow pace. the faciliites have turf grass, which allows the dogs to run around. the other place i have gone has concrete flooring, so it’s much harder for the dogs to run and play.
the staff is so wonderful. they’re all very friendly, and i can tell they all love dogs. i feel like my dog is very special to them, and i’m sure they do this for everyone, but it’s nice to feel like my dog is special to them just like he is to me, the owner. i very much feel like they genuinely care about my dog, and all the dogs. they’ve always been extremely flexible with my work schedule when things have come up. i also see people frequently in the play yards PLAYING with our pups, throwing balls, loving on them, and not just supervising them and ensuring they don’t get in fights.
now if only my dog would enjoy swimming… :)

I would rate this company negatively if I could. I will never believe that he was NOT given meds while in there. Although someone called and apologized about all the crazy, horrible things that we had to experience, they never even once offered reimbursement (for the «$ 20» bath, my dog’s nose being SKINNED, not taking him to the bathroom, not letting him out to play, not giving him his bone, and not feeding him.) I definitely don’t want them to offer my dog a free night’s stay, because I wouldn’t ever do that to him again. He was traumatized for days after he left this place. The company throws their Sorry at you, but does nothing to fix the problems. They still have teenagers running their business in Atlanta. I will be sure that no one I know will ever go there with their pet, and will do my best to let anyone know on the web who will listen, to never EVER go to this horrible «paradise.» They are extremely lucky that I chose not to sue them for their inconsiderate, uncaring, lying ways, as well as charging extra for EVERYTHING. Like I said, his $ 38 stay turned into over $ 100, without me ever being notified. That is unacceptable. His stay for 1 night costed more than mine did, while I stayed in a luxury hotel in Buckhead with an indoor pool, hot tub, jacuzzi in room, a wonderful complimentary breakfast, free parking, free wifi, etc.
NEVER GO HERE. You will deeply regret it.

I’ve been taking my dog to Pet Paradise for more than 3 months now usually for day care with the occasional boarding. The staff always great my dog as we walk in he door by name. The facility is clean bright and open. The staff takes good care of my dog treating him like their own, I can watch him on the webcam and usually can pick him out, he likes going there so much that he can’t wait to get through the doors. The added benefit is the late pickups allowing flexibility in my work schedule or if I’m on a late flight.
