I always come in to the Collier rd location to get my slice of Red Velvet cake. Not only is the cake great but so is the service. Eric is always smiling and fun to speak with! He really does set the Collier rd location apart! Great cake and great staff! Thanks Piece of Cake!

Love but kind of on the pricey side. My favorite is by far the caramel cake but I’ll go for any of their cupcakes or cake just too darn yummy!

«Kids, we’re gonna have to eat this cake by ourselves. Your Uncle Joey didn’t make parole again.» — Back to the Future(1985) I heart cake. Really, all forms of it. Preferably something with chocolate, but if it is cake(and tree nut free), I am all about it. But ask my friends, and they will tell you that I make killer cake. So why am I reviewing a business that makes cakes? Because of 2 reasons… 1) Oreo Cake. Their’s is amazing and I’m not baking cake for my own birthday(also, sometimes I only want a slice. Here, you can walk in anytime and buy ONESLICE(yes, it is called self-control, people) of cake. I don’t need an entire cake in my house or I would die of sugar overload. But, sometimes you just need cake in your life. PoC makes the most amazing Oreo(they call it Cookies and Cream) Cake and I can make a slice last me 3 days. 2) Caramel Cake. Let me tell you a little story. My weak spot in all things baking is caramel frosting. Why, you ask(okay, maybe you don’t care)? It is a cooked icing and requires perfection and timing. Both of these things I have, but caramel icing has eluded me my entire life. And of course, Caramel Cake would be my mother’s most favorite thing in the entire world. Therefore, every April, I order a cake from PoC for my Mom. It is such a a delicious cake and she loves it — so double the points for me! Overall, the process is super easy. You can order online, and you even get points towards free cake if you are in their rewards club. So it’s definitely a win-win! Add in the many locations around the city — this is the way to go when you need cakes for any occasion!

Dropped by to show a tourist to Atlanta how Atlanta Made is good as it gets after hiking the Silver Comet Trail. The cake is always delicious, the rotating flavors always interesting and the size could really feed two. My friends had the chocolate and strawberry cakes respectively and I had the Orange. The orange could have used a little bit of orange zest in the icing, but otherwise completely delicious and great for the time of day we dropped by. Can’t wait to try more of the flavors.

Best cakes in Atlanta! Try the coconut and the white chocolate cakes. This place will ruin you to all other cakes. Beware!

I manage a restaurant and a guest was given the Caramel Layered cake for a gift. They made sure to give me a slice before they left and it was amazing. So for my boyfriends birthday the first place I thought of was Piece of Cake! I dropped by and got me a slice of caramel layered slice and a him a HUGE Birthday Cupcake! Thanks for making this day special!

Got a red velvet cake for this past Thanksgiving and it was a hit with everyone! The cake was rich and delicious!!! I actually went in the day before thanksgiving without a pre-order, reservation or anything and they still had it available. So glad they were prepared to have last minute customers such as myself. I want to say the cake was about $ 38, which is a great price considering the ingredients and time it takes to bake a cake.

Yummy cakes. They are pricey but worth it. Moist and the frosting is not overwhelming sweet. The online order feature is awesome. The only negative thing I would say is I wish they would have smaller cakes then the smallest one that they have. Just the cake that’s for like for four people or less, most of the time I find myself having to buy more than I actually need.

So many choices! Ended up getting a half dozen cupcakes so I could try lots of flavours. Very helpful staff. Will definitely be back if I’m ever back in Atlanta.

I had heard so many great things about Piece of Cake so I decided to check it out and was very disappointed. First off, I had tried Piece of Cake once before in the Atlanta airport and was so confused about all of the hype. I tried their Strawberry Cake which tasted like a plain white cake with not-so-fresh strawberries. Not terrible but not good. However I wrote off that experience as the typical airport down-grade and decided to give POC one more try. I visited their location on Collier and this time opted for a Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookie. The cookie was so dry, hard and crumbled before it could even reach my mouth. Even McDonald’s cookies were much better than these. I don’t understand the hype.

Fantastic store front, great staff/service, delicious cakes! Didn’t get the 5-star rating due to price… $ 5.75 per slice is high in my opinion. Recently bought an entire coconut cake and it was great, cost $ 37 which was fair in my opinion.

I loveeee this place! I have never had a slice of cake from here and it was bad! Worth the money!!! The people who work there are also friendly and ready to help. I suggest Carmel or Red velvet!

There’s only one word that can describe this place AMAZING. I’ve gone to all the locations and in each location the staff was friendly professional knowledgeable and they make you want to come back as I have done numerous times; the white chocolate cake is the best

Piece of Cake is my favorite cake bakery in Atlanta. They don’t do fancy, they just do amazing quality delicious cakes. Don’t expect funny shapes, writing on top, balloons, or flowers on the cakes — no they are just simple. That being said, they have more flavor in each bite than any cake I’ve had(maybe minus my Southern grandmother’s — these are definite competition to hers!). My personal favorite is the Strawberry, but the red velvet and caramel are close runners up. I will say these are not cheap cakes, or slices, or cupcakes — but you are paying for amazing quality ingredients and exceptional cakes. I have never been disappointed with the countless orders I have placed here. Definitely don’t come here looking for a smash cake for your 1 year old’s party — nope these are amazing cakes meant to be eaten and enjoyed by anyone who can appreciate a true dessert masterpiece! This location has a beautiful event space that we had a Unilocal event at recently. I was very impressed by the staff — they were very friendly and helpful — and the whole facility. We even got a peek in the back where they make the cakes! Definitely check them out if you’re looking for a unique space to hold an event!

So upset at myself for coming here. I’ve always tried to ignore this bakery because baked goods are my weakness. I was at the gym and the whole time I’m thinking about a piece of cake… So I said one little slice won’t hurt, right? I tried to control myself I brought the carrot cake and chocolate on chocolate slices… Yes 2 big slices. They were delicious yes I ate both by myself and moaned as I ate them. That’s how good the cakes are. They sell gift baskets and entire whole cakes and cookies. This location is actually a huge bakery on collier road, had no idea they owned the entire building. So it’s safe to say everything is baked fresh and on site. They are a bit pricey for a slice and one piece of cupcake but it’s so worth it. So indulge your inner sweet tooth and pig out like I did.

I’ve been eating Piece of Cake for almost a decade now for holidays and whenever a craving strikes. Consistently the best cake I’ve ever eaten. My favorite is the Strawberry cake but they are all amazing.

Bought a chocolate chocolate cake as a birthday cake. The 9 inch cake was enough to feed 8 people, with just under half left over. Everyone thought the cake was amazing, and incredibly filling. About 2 hours after we ate the cake, we all desired the taste of the cake again, but were too full to want it. We began joking that we wanted to just put the cake in our mouths, swish it around, and then spit it out into a bucket, kinda like tobacco chew.

Pretty good cake and cupcakes. I like the location as I stay in the midtown area. For the most part, items are usually always available except for the evening which is to be expected. Oh and the breads that they have are pretty yummy as well.
