We ordered the bone out ranch dry rub, Hawaiian teriyaki wings and a medium Supreme pizza. Pizza was great as expected. Teriyaki wings were overpowered by ginger. Dry rub ranch wings were alright, but nothing compared to good old regular wings. It was all great. What we enjoyed most was our server Sean. He seems to be the hardest working employee here. The only server, he somehow managed to take care of the entire dining room on a hectic Saturday night. Sweet and personable, Sean is good talent in an unappreciative place.

I’m Charlie Brown and Pizza Hut is Lucy holding the football. I didn’t eat there today, but I tried. I took the precaution of checking the buffet before I committed. It was about 1:00pm. As usual, there were no bread sticks, the pasta tray was empty, same old same old. I don’t know how they stay in business. I walked out. The frustrating part is that I love Pizza Hut, but it’s almost impossible to get it right at this location. I think maybe one of my last five visits would have rated 4 – 5 stars. I need to find another location. The KFC up near Clairmont used to sell Pizza Hut individual pizzas, and they were consistently better than the ones at the actual Pizza Hut. Go figure…

All Pizza Huts are not equal. Tell me how does a restaurant that serves Italian style food not carry Italian dressing for their salads. That’s right… Buford Highways Pizza Hut has ranch, blue cheese and some other dressing but Italian is not on the menu. BIGREDFLAG.

I placed an order with the Pizza Hut on Buford Highway in Atlanta for a Large pan pizza with a pretzel crust and various meat toppings. A medium regular crust pizza with meats that were not ordered arrived. I contacted the store and asked to have the correct order sent out. Over an hour passed and the correct pizza had not arrived. I called back and no one answered so I contacted Pizza Hut corporate customer service and the customer service agent was unable to assist in any way. I asked for a refund and she told me to contact the store. When I informed her they were not picking up there she told me to drive to the store. I am at work and do not have the time to drive several miles in Atlanta traffic to deal with this. I was finally able to contact the store in regards to the pizza and he stated that the delivery driver who was bringing our order had several other deliveries to do first and would get to our order. I requested a refund and the person who answered the phone said he would process the refund within 5 – 7 days then simply hung up. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. This is hands down the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from a pizza delivery place. Papa John’s pizza may not be quite as good but at least they send the correct pizza and do not hang up if there is an issue.

I went at lunch time for the buffet. The pizza was ok. Not much variety. The cucumbers on the salad were rotten. The service was terrible. I was told to help myself to the buffet and seat myself. The waitress was also working the counter. She didn’t come to the table for a long time. When she finally came to the table, she got my drink order and came back with the salad, drink, silverware, and the check. Service was very bad. I will never go back.

Worst pizza hut I ever been to. Rude cashier argues with me about my order. I ordered online and he chastised me saying he called my name 20 minutes prior. I had only been there 15 minutes and the online timers said I was right on time. He argues with me about waiting. I had my receipt. Everyone behind me had one too and they all got their food. I was ignored(after I paid) for 15 straight minutes. Then I was greeted with an attitude.

We went to this location to try the new menu that I received in my email. After ordering thru the Pizza Hut app I went to pickup the order. It wasn’t all ready at 7:00pm. Both of the pizzas were WRONG. This is what I would call a scam to save on ingredients or bad management. Ps: one of the two pizzas was also burnt.

Pizza hut buffets remind me of my youth. They are all about the same and for seven bucks u get as much as you want. It ia fast and they rotate pies out pretty good.

I mean, its Pizza Hut. You either love it or you don’t. But y’all, it has a BUFFET! I’m not quite sure why I love the Pizza Hut lunch buffet so very much, but I do. I’ve been waiting for years for this location to get a buffet, and as of this past December, they just opened it up. I’m sure its the combo of getting to try all the pizzas(fact: I’ve discovered I really only love the thin crust and that the ham & pineapple is actually awesome), their regular breadsticks and sauce(honestly, bread and sauce may be my favorite food…), and of course, those cini-sticks. YUM. There is no salad bar, but they sure will bring you their classic salad with your choice of dressing to your table. Service is super smiley and prompt, which is a huge plus. Super kudos to Darryl, who truly welcomes you to the restaurant. He’s a terrific waiter –quick with the refills and plate clearing, as well as giving status updates on what pizzas are coming out next. He made it super easy to split the bill and even gave us coupons to come back($ 5.99 for the buffet and a drink!). I see I’m not the only reviewer who things he’s a star! Yay Darryl! Smiling faces, free wifi, TVs showing the news(but not too loudly), tasty pizza, and a clean atmosphere all creates a super quick, tasty lunch spot for under $ 10. I will definitely be back!!!

The Lindbergh location closed so there are new staff members now at the Buford highway store. Darryl who has been with the company many years was my server. He definitely rolled out the red carpet for me providing five star service. He accommodated my particular request gladly. He was friendly and attentive to my table being cleared and drinks refilled. I went in for the lunch buffet which just started this week. I will be back as well as spread the word about the change of staff and customer service. If you dine in ask for Darryl you will be glad you did!

So I ordered online, get there and the order is not in the system. I show the cashier my confirmation and she continues to look confused. We go through a whole production for a few minutes of looking for the order. Problem solving skills 101, let’s make a new order I suggested. She took my order. I asked for water, it was hot as hades out and she said they don’t have water cups anymore. What does that mean. So then she had to go ask her manager for a cup to give me, keep in mind the courteous thing would have been giving me a free drink since they screwed up my order. But no, she comes back with the kiddie cup for me. Well, the ice didn’t work. Then I asked her where the water was and it was in a tea canister, guess what? Empty. So as she shuttled to the back to fill it. I noticed that ont of the fountain drink dispenser was blank, it was water. I told her that when I came back. Maybe she was new? So I told her I would be right back, I had ten minutes to kill so I went to get gas across the street. I came back and now there is a guy at the register. I tell him my name and order. He couldn’t find it at first, then he comes back and says it is still in the oven. So I wait. When the pizza comes out, he did the whole show me the pizza deal and asks to see my receipt. I showed him the receipt but then he asked the cashier, I kid you not, «Did she pay for it?» Mutha bleep bleep. Didn’t I just show you the receipt? Never ordering from here again. They have no common sense here.

Yet again, another awful experience at this pizza hut. I gave them the benefit of the doubt many times over the last 5 years, mostly because they are the only pizza hut that delivers to my address and it is convenient and easy, even if it can be frustrating. But lately it has become even worse. It started when the food quality started really going down. Portions got smaller, toppings skimpier, lower quality tasting food… then they started really hammering you on extras like dipping sauces, delivery charges, etc. Now their service is so slow and bad that it’s not even worth the convenience. I started going out of my way and driving to the Pizza Hut on Peachtree Industrial just to avoid this Buford Hwy store. You might as well forget about the drive-up window to grab your called-in to-go order. They will do a full ignore and pretend you aren’t even sitting at the window. They don’t even bother to greet you and let you know they will be with you in a few minutes. They just don’t care and it really shows. Last week I called for a delivery and over an hour later, my cell phone happened to die. I had to plug it in and wait about 5 minutes before restarting the phone. When I got the phone back on, I had a few missed calls and a voice mail. The voice mail stated«Yeah, uh, this is your pizza guy. I can’t get a hold of you so I’m taking your order back to the store.» Seriously. Forget the sorely unprofessional voice mail, but you can’t wait 5 minutes for me to get back to you before you return my order … after I waited over an hour for you to show up? I called the store and was told«we just voided your order». Really? That fast? I called them less than 5 minutes after I got the voicemail. It really sounded shady… like the driver never really went too far from the store … if he bothered to leave at all. Why would the store simply void my order without even trying to call me themselves? Not to mention the fact that I shouldn’t have to field a bunch of calls to get a pizza to my door. Use a map. Use google. Use GPS. This isn’t a hard job. I know because I did it for 8 years of my life once. It just showed me the extreme lack of giving a crap about anything. They don’t care about service, customers, their own jobs … they don’t care about anything. That was the last straw for me. I avoid this place at all costs now.

Dipped into this location after work about 7pm. Serivce was quick for my to0go order I place, but I was shocked that they dont sell ice tea. She didnt say they were out of ice tea, but that they dont carry it. I also ordered an 8pc of wings for $ 6 only to be told that blue cheese was an additional sixty cents. I dont like it when places sell me wings and they want me to pay extra for it. Overall, the service was as expected for a to-go order and the lady that took my order was professional. This location is easily accessible, and sits across from a Quik Trip.
