Worst experience ever. Waited 2 hours and 7 minutes for the pizza to be delivered, once it was delivered it was missing items that we had ordered, the food was very cold and tasted stale. I called the Pizza Hut office back and they placed me on hold for 29 minutes when i just hang up and called back. this time I just spoke to the manager Carson which was extremely rude about a refund just for the fries. Worst customer experience ever, I will contact corporate about how bad of a franchise office this is, definitely needs to be taken out of business.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with! Twice now I’ve placed an order and received my food two hours later and barely warm… The guy I spoke with apologized and offered me credit but I just told the guy to take the food back. Ridiculous, I’m never ordering from this location again.

This is the worst pizza delivery I have ever experienced. The first time I ordered from them I got my food inside to serve and it was entirely wrong. I paid $ 2 extra for a hot chocolate brownie, I had a regular brownie. They forgot to put sauce on my wings and didn’t send the ranch I paid for. They didn’t send the garlic I paid for either. I called the store and they said they’d give me a $ 10 credit. tonight I was going to try them again and use my credit. Apparently there wasn’t a credit on my account. I was put on hold for 15 minutes for a manager, but he never answered. I ordered my food anyways since everyone had already put in their order. My food was just delivered– again, no sauce that was paid extra for and the pizzas were wrong. Safe to say ill be eating papa johns from now own!

My pizza order was late by 40 minutes and they didn’t include the wings. I called the store to ask about the wings and the manager yelled at me. He said he put the wings in the box, but I told him it wasn’t in there. My friends could hear him yelling at me. Before he hung up on me, he told me «F*** off» and hung up. The worst experience ever and I complained to corporate regarding my experience. I will keep pressing this issue until the issue is resolved(full refund and an apology from the belligerent manager). Unacceptable customer service and cold pizza… I WILLNEVER order from Pizza Hut ever again.

The Pizza Hut is a joke. Took 2 hours to get our pizza and once we did it was incorrect & so hard/cold. When we called to speak with a manger and waited on hold for what seemed like forever, she had the audacity to tell us she would give us our money back if we gave back the pizza? I can’t even.

One of the worst ordering experiences I have ever had. I called this Pizza Hut location at 9 pm and did not get my order until 11 pm. I called one hour after we placed the order to inquire its whereabouts and we were told to call back once it arrived. I obliged and called the location, but they did nothing except waste more of my time. The pizza was fine, but do not count on this location to fulfill their delivery time… ever.

This will be the last time that I will eat at Pizza Hut again. Especially this location. The people are unprofessional, rude, and I hate to use the term ghetto. The last two times I ordered here I never received my orders at all. I was needing some food fast. The manager Abdul is arrogant. I don’t know why. He works at Pizza Hut. The driver arrived over two hours late. My pizza was cold and I did not receive my side items at all. When I informed the driver he told me they would call me, and I will receive some sort of credit. I never received a phone call. I also stated, «I got a headache. I had to eat something because you took so long,» He replied back, «Well it will be alright.» No apology or nothing. Yeah you’re right. It will. I will never eat here again and will file a dispute with my bank. The driver was too busy looking at my groin area. Please don’t be disrespectful. You need to lose a lot of weight. This is by far thee most unprofessional Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I spend a good amount of money on pizza when having gatherings. This is pretty pathetic. I have a feeling that corporate knows how much of a disappointment this store is. Hubris is your greatest enemy. Kids do something with your lives, or this will become your reality as well.

I have ordered several times from this location with zero problems. I called last night to order a pizza and spoke to the most incompetent human I’ve ever come in contact with. I should have known right then not to place the order. I went a head and placed the order, and I was told that the pizza would be delivered in 35 minutes. And an hour later I called to check on my order and was told it was out for delivery. 45 minutes after that I called to check again, and I was told that they don’t deliver to my apartment. Which is a complete lie bc I have ordered numerous times from this location. With ZERO apology or explanation as to why they didn’t deliver to me or try to contact me to tell me they wouldn’t, I was hung up on. So kuddos to you, Pizza Hut, for the WORST customer service I’ve ever had.

My order was supposed to be delivered in 3 hours according to the email confirmation. At the bottom of the email it said the delivery estimate was an automated estimation to call the store for an accurate estimation. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called the store and was forwarded to a corporate location. They told me the same estimate as the automated email(3 hours). I asked if it was going to be delivered tonight? She placed me on hold and confirmed it would be delivered tonight. Thirty minutes later the store called and said they couldn’t deliver my order. I responded, «After 2 hours you decided to call and tell me this?» He responded, «Alright have a good night.» and then hung up. He was not apologetic or empathetic at all. He did not even try to provide an explanation. I tried to call back and speak with a manager and no one picked up the phone. Papa Johns has been the only corporate pizza delivery chain in the area that has offered satisfactory delivery service. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

If there was –stars they would get it. I ordered at 9:19pm waited around finally called at 10:26 to ask where is my pizza someone placed me on hold another gets on hold. But as he did he was extremely rude. I asked him whats going on with my food? He’s saying its leaving now do you still want the food or no? I said excuse me? He’s saying I can give you a credit or take the food I asked him about the credit he didn’t hear me or just ignored me & hung up. I called about 10xs he wouldn’t answer. Fascinating how every other review for this place has been one star. ITSUCKS. I made the horrible mistake of wanting specifically Pizza Hut after my grandma died, because every Saturday night I’d spend at my grandparents’ house would involve pizza, either Pizza Hut or a local place… in a Chicago suburb. Obviously that wasn’t happening. I decided to get it delivered because I did not understand where the hell this place was — it’s in the same tiny strip mall as the White House diner. I ordered my pizza around 8:50pm on a Tuesday night. It said it would arrive before 9:30. 9:45 rolls around and nothing. I call the store, who tells me it’s on its way. 10:15 I call again BECAUSE I STILLDON’T HAVE A PIZZA, I finally ask to speak to a manager who tells me I can get $ 10 credit in the future. Oh wow that’ll really make up for it. The pizza finally came, and it was of course lukewarm. The driver was at least cool about it and told me I should have been really mad but you know given everything else I was not in the mood. I sent their customer service an email and all I got back was«your comments were forwarded to the store they should talk to you in 3 business days.» It’s now been three weeks. I made the masochistic mistake to order my $ 10 worth of free pizza from them. I was first on hold for about five minutes. When I went in to get it, they had fucked up someone else’s order and every single person here looked like they were completely lost. DONOTORDERDELIVERYFROMHERE if you couldn’t see that from every other review. This place sucks and it’s a good way to remind yourself not to order chain pizza. And now I’ll be off to email corporate again and maybe get my initial money back from these clowns.

No stars if I could. Ordered the pizza at 1:53pm it arrived at 3:35pm. Wouldn’t be that disappointed but the estimated time was 40 minutes. The driver finally showed after multiple calls to the store to find out when our pizza would get here. Was told that the pizza would be free because the manager couldn’t even get in touch with him and we were told not to tip the driver. He must’ve gotten word of our dissatisfaction(after his detour to get some wacky tabacky, Just an assumption) because when he finally arrived he dropped half of our order on the door mat! Instead of a receipt, we were handed the print out of directions which he shamefully came back for after 5 minutes. I have a feeling he won’t be delivering for this Pizza Hut much longer so maybe your experience will be better than mine! Next time I need pizza for my hangover, I’ll be walking to Gino’s.

They have really bad delivery service. I submitted an order before two months in the weekend at 11:05 pm, and they sent to me an e-mail the delivery time estimate at 12:05 am. Unfortunately, 12:15 nobody call me, and when I call the restaurant it was closed. Finally, 12:45 when I was in The bed, the driver called and ask me if i still want my order! I canceled the order and they refund my amount after 5 days. then, I sent an e-mail to costumer service to leave feedback. then they resend e-mail for apologize only, and they tell me the stuff will contact with you. then, i’m waiting a month nobody contact with me.

60 mins — no pizza and could tell based on discussion while listening on phone they forgot to process the order. Guy came back on phone saying it was enroute — I told him I heard them placing it while I was on hold so never mind. Ordered from another service which came on time yet another 45 minutes later pizza hut tried to deliver my initial order. I refused it yet they tried to charge my amex the $ 52. Amex declined them

If convenience is your thing and you like or love pizza, then this location is for you. They are a smaller store, more of an express model setup and they do a great job. Pick ups are quick and easy, they do also deliver and they use the latest in technology to serve their customers. For example, If you ordered for pickup, which I do for the most part since it’s convenient for me, and I generally prefer not to deal with delivery fees or do the math for tipping drivers, they have a cool screen that tells you if your order is ready or how much longer you will have to wait.(p.s. that was a long effin sentence. phew!). The one negative I can think of is that parking can be a little limited at times, but it hasn’t really posed a problem for me yet. The prices are great, the pizza quality is excellent, and the convenience can’t be beat. So in conclusion, if pizza is your thing, and you are a fan of pizza hut or pizzas in general give this Pizza Hut a try. 4.80001234 stars for me rounded up equals a 5 solid Unilocal stars in my book.
