Super fast delivery! Delivered in exactly 35 minutes. The delivery driver was pleasant, although a little afraid of the guard dog(: The pizza was very good, as the last time I had Pizza Hut it wasn’t great. Maybe Pizza Hut realized that they had to step up their game? I tried the stuffed garlic knots pizza. The pizza was unique as it featured a hand-tossed crust embedded with 16 hand-rolled cheese-stuffed garlic knots along its edge. Don’t you just want to eat the picture? Overall, a great choice. I would order from this location again. Cheers!

Fast delivery. Estimated delivery was 1 hour. Pizza and hot wings arrived in 30 minutes. Friendly delivery driver. Ordered 8 boneless wings with buffalo sauce. Only 7 in box and most with no sauce. Pizza was good.

To say I would not order from here EVERAGAIN would be an understatement. The employees here are so rude. I believe this is a family franchise, if I’m not mistaken. We called to order some pizza for a friend’s birthday party down the street. When she called, the person who answered the phone was rude in addressing her. Then when I went to pick it up, I waited to so long the pizza got cold. I walked in and everyone was in the kitchen, which I had a clear view of. Finally, after about 5 minutes of me just standing there, a young man came up front to answer the phone, which had just started ringing. Then turns around and walks away again. He was literally in front of me. And turned a blind eye, as not to have to deal with me. Then after another 10 minutes someone came through the door and asked if I ha been helped. I replied, no. She walked away and never came back. Someone else came and asked the same, I replied no. He sent the same young guy who answered the phones back up. He pulled my order, which was a task in itself because I had to go through every name and number in my arsenal of people who were involved in ordering because he wrote the wrong name down. Finally when he pulled the pizza he asked i I wanted to see them. Fighting back the urge to reply, well duh, I instead replied yes. He then replied, I can’t do that and picked up the phone. Then the guy who made him come up come over and finished the transaction. He seemed like he was in a rush as well. And because the order taker notated the wrong name I was asked where ‘Lisa’ was and if I was sure here name didn’t ring a bell. Mind you I’ve had the same name for 30 years now. But if you weren’t sure, you could’ve asked. Adiós to this place!

Went in to get a pizza, pepperoni with extra sauce. I spoke to an overweight manager lady, picked up the pizza and when I got home realized that instead of extra sauce, there was almost no sauce. I called back, she said she would credit my account, but the credit was never applied. I will not go back to this location, it irritated me that the credit was not applied. I used to go into this location twice a week, but no more. The manager today should have just give me the 8 dollar credit, why lose a customer over eight dollars?

Simply the worst pizza experience I have had in a year, and I am a twice a week pizza guy. Onlnie site was down, and manager wouldn’t give us that deal(which frustrated my wife). Manager said she«knew exactly where we were» but delivery guy took FOREVER! I don’t understand why with the advent of Über and Lyft and smartphones with GPS that they don’t give the drivers the tools to find delivery destinations. Premium pizza? Try going to Uncle Madios and Your Pie in Dunwoody — think Moes but for pizza! No whole wheat crust at Pizza Hut. I used to love pizza hut, but methinks I would rather eat frozen Red Baron! — Egads!!!

Totally disappointed tonight. Placed my order online. Pizza came and it was completely wrong. Breadsticks were dry with cold marinara sauce. Manager didn’t offer an apology or adding anything extra since we have to wait another 30 – 45 minutes on dinner.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut ever and by saying this, it’s no stretch of the imagination or vocabulary. I order pizza on a Tuesday night. It takes almost 3 hours. Meanwhile my 11 year old is hungry and pacing the floor. I call the restaurant, the manager tells me the driver is right outside. I go outside there is no one there. I call the manager back. I’m out on hold while he calls the driver. I’m on hold so long, i have to hang up and call back. I’m then told the driver was unable to find my apartment building… in a community of six buildinga, so he headed back to the restaurant. I’m in complete shock because every building has the numbers on it extremely hugh and there are flood lights above the number. The driver is told to come back. He arrives about 10 minutes later… oh did I mention him and a passenger arrived. So between the two of them, they could not find my building. It took almost 2 hours to get 2 medium pizzas. I will never return to this location. They might as well shut it down. Poor customer service and communication skills.

Ordered from this location several times using their online app and had no problems. Pizza Hut food is pretty good if your starving. This is usually the case when we order from here. If you like Pizza Hut you shouldn’t have any problem with this location. You might want to note that it is connected to a gas station building so you might miss it at first glance.

I hadn’t had a Pizza Hut pizza in a while and decided to order one on my way home from Sandy Springs. The phone person did a good job of upselling me to two pizzas with three toppings each. I asked if I could have: tomatoes, extra cheese, mushrooms on one and pepperoni on the other. He said no problem and quoted me a price. However, when I got there the price was higher. When questioned about this he informed me that extra cheese cost more. I thought that was deceitful and that was the first straw. Then when he went to show me the pizzas the pepperoni slices were chopped so small that he didn’t know which pizza he was looking at. I have never seen thinly diced pepperoni on a pizza. Second straw. All in all, I felt that the pizzas were made with as few ingredients and as inexpensively as possible. Also, the fact that I was sold on three ingredients and only got two added to my dissatisfaction.

I hate to see the negative reviews! Since I moved to my condo just over a year and a half ago, this has become my go-to pizza place. I’ve ordered dozens of pizza here(one per Saturday during football season and then random other times — the most recent being yesterday). 75% of the item I get carry out and the pizza has always been ready when I arrived. The other 25% has been delivery and its always arrived within the promised time frame. I’ve ordered over the phone, used the iPad app, and computer. I had a few app problems when I first used it, but not since then(not going to blame this location for app issues). The service is always fine(sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s average, but its never been bad). And, the pizza? Love it! I used to be a Papa John’s guy, but I truly do think Pizza Hut makes a better pizza! I typically get the pepperoni or meat lover’s pan pizzas. They go great with a six-pack on game day. ;-)

I attempted to use their online service to place an order for delivery using their mobile app. This was a total cluster !@!@ Shame on me, but I couldn’t remember my login information and when I attempted to use their login help feature, I was asked about protons??? Or some weird question that even Google couldn’t help me with. I decided to proceed with placing my order and paying with a credit card as a Guest and the website hung up on me. I never received an email confirming that my order had been placed or received by Pizza Hut. So I called the store to follow up. I spoke to a female who attempted to locate the order that I had just placed online and she couldn’t find it, so she took my order and credit card information over the phone. My pizza arrived in less than 15 minutes which was pretty impressive, but then a second pizza arrived 45 minutes later??? My first order apparently went through at some point and I had been charged for each order. You would have thought that someone would have caught this upfront. Now there was a guy on my phone from pizza hut and a delivery guy at my door and I’m being questioned about why I ordered two pizzas! The bill was eventually settled, but my last experience was quite an inconvenience. So yeah, I will not be using Pizza Hut’s website to place orders nor will I be ordering pizza from this franchise for a very long time.

I ordered pizza delivery from this location several months ago, but I got busy and forgot to post it. Now, fortunately I can’t order from Pizza Hut due to discovering a gluten sensitivity, but I don’t think I’ll miss much, at least not from this location. Cold pizza. The sauce had so much MSG in it, we could taste it! Pizza took over 1.5 hours to be delivered on a Monday night after dinner rush. Never again even if I could still eat gluten. My fiancé’s favorite food is pizza, even the cheap dollar pizzas from the frozen food aisle and he thought this pizza was terrible too. YMMV!
