I’ve never had an issue at this location. It seems to me that many fast food establishments have poor reviews on this side of the city. I almost ALWAYS go through the drive thru. Yes, there is typically always a line. If there isn’t anyone ahead of me, people most certainly are behind me. I usually wait 6 – 10 minutes in line, which is perfectly fine by me because the food comes out hot, the drive thru ladies are sweet and quick, and I have yet to experience a disaster. I have come to this location at different times during the day (or evening), and I get the exact same experience every time. I wouldn’t write this location off if I were you!

This is literally one of the a WORST experiences of my entire life! I don’t expect the greatest service from fast Food establishments, but as a consumer and a former service employee this is unacceptable. The staff was very unfriendly, they made it seem as if we were inconveniencing them by trying to get some CHICKEN! The drive thru employee was disrespectful and the food was poorly made. We left feeling very unsure about the integrity of Popeyes. We probably will not be returning to any of the establishments any time in the near or far future.
