They came within less than two hours of our call, which was great. But, they charged $ 59 for an estimate, said the old opener couldn’t be fixed, said it would be another $ 59 in addition to parts and labor to come install a new opener, and harped on my wife for not having maintained the old opener well enough. That’s true enough, we never did anything but lube the tracks occasionally — but it would be better not to antagonize the customer. I had already figured the opener needed to be replaced, and we would have just told them to go ahead and do it if they had been a little nicer about it.

Technicians always nice but cannot ever get someone out there the same day. I’ve had the door hardware replaced on both doors and brand new openers and still having garage door problems.

An honest business. We had two issues and when the tech came out he said for the one, it wasn’t an issue that needed to be addressed and we showed him the second and gave us options. But then he said he wasn’t going to even charge us a service call! So you know when it comes to the expensive repair who we are calling. Great, honest company. Refreshing!

I asked for a technician to come and give me a quote and the service fee is 50 dollars just for someone to coma and take a look, an then there is an extra labor fee — I stopped listening when I was told there is a fee just for someone to come here and give me a quote, so I don’t remember how much the labor fee is. How are these people getting business???
