THEY DO NOT CLEAN YOUR CLOTHING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I HAD SPOTS STILL THERE AND A WEIRD SMELL. I asked them why spots were still present and the lady’s response was «We can’t get everything.» I asked her why there was a smell and she said «Sometimes people’s scents are strong.» Excuse me!!!

I used to use these guys exclusively because they are so close to work and have a quick turnaround. Then I discovered they have a quick turnaround because they do not actually wash the clothes. I have gotten back several pairs of slacks and sweaters that I could tell were not washed. Clothes that were worn by a fire still smelled of smoke. Small stains were still there that I was able to remove with just a little water. The same with my suit jackets. They basically charge you to store your dirty clothes for a day and give them back to you, still dirty, on a hangar.

Off of Crescent Avenue this location is ideal for people who work in Midtown. I go before or after work or sometimes during my lunch break. The service is quick but good. They offer same day service and delivery if you can’t make it into the store. I have been going there for awhile and the little lady that owns the place always greets me by name. I have no complains for this dry cleaning service.
