The restaurant is inside the macquarium building and honestly it was much easier to find than I expected. Upon walking in I was greeted with a warm smile and a hello. I asked to see the menu and was shown a good deal of choices on it. I choose the Cuban sandwich and I was amazed at the flavor and texture of the sandwich. The bread was shaped differently than a traditional sandwich and made it easier to eat with a lot less mess. It was toasted to perfection and complimented the contents of the sandwich I recommend and I am for sure coming back to primos.

I am very happy with my first trip to Primos. I generally hesitate to give a place 5 stars until I’ve been more than once, so there’s a very good chance I raise this grade. Food: I had the pork sandwich. I’m very particular about pulled pork as I make my own quite often. What I can’t do at home is nail the citrus flavor that Cuban pork sandwiches so often have. The lime and garlic aioli flavor was fantastic. The pork was still fresh and the bun, which I often throw away, was consumed. Price: Very reasonable. The sandwich, a brownie and a coke came to about 9 $. Not bad for Peachtree St. area. Service: This was truly exceptional. The two working couldn’t have been any nicer. Restaurant: It’s a small place, but was very clean. I liked being able to see into the back and watch how they prepped their food. Not enough restaurants provide that transparency. I’ll definitely be returning for this sandwich again. Also, the breakfast and special menus both looked promising. If the breakfasts and the rest of the meals are as fresh as this, I’ll no doubt raise this to a 5 star review.
