Dr. Over street has delivered my other two children but after coming back for my third pregnancy after 10 years, I am very disappointed. The staff is very unprofessional and the practice itself is very unorganized. Wait times are over an hour. Conversations are untactful. I also had an issue with them overcharging me. I payed co-​pays when everything was covered through my insurance. When I inquired about it I was given the run around. I switched doctors because of this and I wasn’t being taken care of due to the nature of my pregnancy and Everytime I called a nurse would answer and attempt to handle my situations without reviewing my charts. This concerned me. Now I am due a refund due to being charged for services that weren’t rendered and it’s been almost four months and they keep giving me excuses as to why I haven’t recieved my check. Claiming checks are only cut once a month. Which makes no sense because of how long it’s been. Marcelous has told me about the amount that is owed to me but can’t answer any other questions as to when, where and why I haven’t received my money. I will be contacting the proper authorities due to this. I was taken advantage of and ripped off. If you have PPO insurance I assure you there are better practices to accommodate you. I am so glad I went with my instincts and switched.

Dr. Overstreet has come along way from the original office located near metropolitan. They have expanded immensely and this is an awesome place. The staff is very personal!
