Jasmine was so great in helping me with this unit. I felt safe and my items secure in this location. I haven’t had any issues with the weather or security. I needed a short term space for items while moving which turned into a longer than expected storage. I have absolutely loved having the ability to go in and out freely knowing my items were secure. It is a little challenging entering the location going south on Northside Drive. Other than that, I am fully satisfied with this location. Jasmine has been extremely helpful and friendly each time I called the office. I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

Upon my rental of this property I received EXCELLENT customer service from Jasmine. She was very thorough and answered any questions I had. I felt secure about my unit and if I needed to rent again would definitely go back to this location.

I wish I cold give this place «ZERO» stars… STAY AWAY!!! They’ll give the pitch about security, ease of move in, and use of the flat beds. BullS.*&T!!! I rented on Friday and tried to move in on Saturday. The parking lot was full. 1 truck moving in was using 3 flatbeds… THE ONLY 3 FLATBEDS!!! Management said, «SORRY, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!!» There were no other tools for assistance… NO Dollys… NOTHING. I carried everything in one box at a time to the second floor! I went back today. One truck moving in… YES…With all 3 flatbeds. But it gets better… At 6PM the flatbeds get locked up in the office. They cannot be used. The reason from management…“They get STOLEN and they are too expensive!!! So much for SECURITY!!! SO much for the CAMERAS!!! So much for the Ease of moving in. I Requested a refund before even opening the door to my unit on Saturday… SORRY! We don’t give refunds! I asked again today… NOPE…No refunds!!! WHat the heck am I supposed to do when the furniture arrives. The ABSOLUTE WORST storage facility I have EVER used… STAY AWAY!!!
