I love Publix it my place to shop… They are always clean, and well organized. The customer service is A+, except at the deli. The Ppl that make the sub sandwiches never smile and as soon as you walk up they ask can I help you. It would be nice to get a hello, good afternoon or some small talk. Also, their is a guy there that fixes subs with a hairy arm. I’m not against him making my sandwhich, but with that much hair on his arms, I’m sure some has fallen into someone a food. I will return to this place because Publix never let’s me down, but maybe they could provide the hairy arm deli guy with some long gloves or maybe a long sleeved shirt because exposed arm hair around food is unsanitary.

I purchased a prepared Greek Salad and what I thought was Feta Cheese turned out to be Potato Salad. I called the store once I realized what it was and was told it is made that way. The Deli manager Richard was so nonchalant about it and I was just confused but it is what it is. Well Publix i’m only one customer but i’m now one you don’t have to worry about anymore.

The buy one get one sales are endless. And all the name brand packaged goods are sold there. ]You can generally find what you want as national packaged good go. Sausages, canned fruit, frozen dinners, etc. Done. Although, IF a target or walmart has what you’re looking for– it will be much cheaper. But I have a hard time finding the items i like specifically.

Ordinarily, I wouldn’t write a review for a grocery store, but I have to tip my hat to the ladies in the deli for correcting a mistake. My boyfriend called a day ahead for a party sub. When we arrived, they informed us of some«bad news» that whoever took the order on the phone didn’t write down which day of the week the sub was requested, so they didn’t make the sandwich. However, they were quick to make us 3 regular subs for free because of their mistake. The lady who made our sandwiches even told us to go shop around while she makes the sandwiches according to our sub order, so we didn’t have to wait too long either. When we returned from our shopping, she walked us directly to customer service and explained the situation to the manager on-duty. This particular Publix really does making shopping a pleasure.

After moving down the street, I knew that this was my place. Actually just last week I tried a different Publix and it just ensured me that my publix is the best. The folks working here are really great and they really make an effort to make sure that you’re happy. Most of them recognize me and they’re even surprised when I don’t have an entire shopping cart full of groceries. The store seems smaller than other Publixes and not as fancy as some of the newer ones but it literally has everything under one roof. There is always a great sale I have usually have to hold myself back from getting things I don’t need. Also if you get scatterbrained during grocery shopping, you should download their mobile phone app. When you add things to your grocery list, it will sort the list into the location and will identify which aisle to find it in.

I’ve gotten sub sandwiches from here 3 or 4 times, and each time is a disappointment. The bread is always stale, and I get there at lunch time… how do you still have stale day old bread? And the staff is always very rude. When I asked for the fresh bread on the baking rack, the girl making my sandwich rolled her eyes and said no. I will not be coming back to this location. Go to another publix.

Thank you guys! My car battery died in front of the store last week. A Manager and a bakery associate gave me a jump and I was on my way. This store is clean and neat and quite convenient.

As usual bright and friendly! I LOVE shopping at Publix, at the risk of sounding like an advertisement, It really is a pleasure. Everybody smiles and greets you. Everyone you pass in the aisles smells like jasmine and lilac, and when you take an item off the shelf, another magically appears before your eyes to replace it! Okay, okay maybe it’s not all of those things in reality, but I certainly have never had a bad experience at any Publix. Next time you’re in one, check out the customer service mission statement that’s posted behind the customer service counter. Having a customer service mission statement is commonplace, but when it’s one like theirs… and they deliver on it, it says a lot about their philosophy on customer relations.

This, like most Publix supermarkets has that consistent feel of all the Publix’s out there. Easy to navigate and clearly marked, the thoughtfully laid out store invites you from department to department with its soft signage and friendly staff. I don’t frequent regular grocery stores anymore in favor of a healthier lifestyle eating more whole foods and organics and shopping instead at Whole Foods(South on Roswell Road from here approximately six miles). I was in Publix the other night for something quick and uploaded some pictures to Unilocal and figured I’d write the review anyway. If I had to choose between Publix and Kroger, I’d choose Publix. I believe they have better values as far as a corporation goes and I’d rather spend my money with those kinds of people since I have a choice in the matter! Publix has always seemed like a friendlier environment and although their prices may seem a little higher — just know it has a lot to do with the fact that they don’t get the benefits the privacy-invasive data-mining techniques employed against holders of those«frequent-shopper discount cards». Located on Roswell Road, North of [GA400 Exit 5] Abernathy/Roswell intersection and south of [GA400 Exit 6] Northside/Roswell Rd intersection, this Publix is convenient for many people. It can also be crowded for that reason. Luckily there are quite a number of grocery stores in the area and overcrowding is rarely a huge issue.

We like shopping here because it is in our neighborhood and nicer than the Kroger that is down the road. Like all Publix’s, it is very clean and well organized and the management are always very helpful if you need something and see them out walking the floor. Publix costs a little more but I think that is the premium that you pay for having a clean store and I think some of their store brands are of better quality than the store brands in other supermarkets. I know people that have worked for Publix for a long time in another state and they are a very well run company. One of the best things about Publix in my opinion, if not the best thing, are their subs. Again, they cost a little more but you get a really good sub and you get a lot for your money. Back in my bachelor days, I got many a sub from Publix after a hard night of partying… oh, the memories, LOL.

I find myself going here at least twice a week. Friendly staff and always happy to help you find what you need. One day I will win the lottery because this is the only location I buy my tickets from.

I like Publix… it’s a lil pricier than it’s rival but the quality is better. I do find that there are differences between what one store carries from another. I’m just glad that I can find Wise Onion & Garlick potatoe chips here… sometimes.
