This place is amazing! I got the tip to go from a local and it’s great… so much food for a great price. And the food is amazing I couldn’t get enough(my tummy on the other hand got full quickly). I had baked chicken, dressing, Mac and cheese and a corn muffin. The staff is so courteous as well. Must go. The place is small so get ready to get a dinner take out platter!

Get the BBQ wings or the turkey wings along with cabbage, cheese broccoli rice, & sweet potato. You won’t be sorry. This place is good soul food if you pick the right things.

Originally, upon my arrival, the parking lot was full and being unaware of what to do given the situation, I left. However, as I turned left out of the parking lot, I found additional(unmarked) parking adjacent to the building. Once I arrived at the front door of the establishment, I received a warm and comforting greeting. Since this is a cafeteria style restaurant, I grabbed a tray and placed my order: 2 Piece Pork Chop, Green Beans, Macaroni and Cheese, Cornbread and a Medium Lemonade. The total came out to be $ 13.47. Here’s how everything tasted: Pork Chops: The flavor was okay. They were cautiously seasoned. The gravy that covered them was incredibly thick and chunky which made it hard to find the actual meat on the chop. Green Beans: They were very good– very well seasoned! Macaroni: I didn’t enjoy the mac and cheese. It was a bit cold and whatever kind of cheese they use is nasty. Cornbread: It was okay. Lemonade: DELICIOUS!!! Would I go back? I would with the intent to try something different.

No pork chops! I came especially for the pork chops. Walked out without ordering anything. Highly disappointed.

This used to be one my favorite spots when I was at Morehouse. The food is good and cheap. You can eat on the inside or takeout. The baked chicken deal is really good.

My family and I stopped by Q– Time yesterday for the first time after reading reviews. We ordered the dark baked chicken meal, with the 2 wing kids meal and 2 turkey wing dinners along with the peach cobbler. Although the line was long we went though it quickly! The food was ok. The meat, greens and pie were seasoned good but the Mac n Cheese tasted like a Styrofoam plate. While we liked the food we didn’t appreciate the old man outside the restaurant telling people where to park and asking for cash for directing them to the lot. If you don’t pay him he will follow and harass you. I don’t know if this man works for the company but he is a nescience.

Quick in and out, even on a Saturday afternoon. The sides and cobbler are what’s worth the stop. Make sure to enjoy the sweet potatoes(not too sweet and with a nice lemony after taste) and pintos. The cobbler may be the best I’ve had away from my Grandmother’s house! Fried chicken wings were just okay– wish we had gotten the turkey legs instead. I’ll definitely go again!

Tasty and cheap soul food! They have a dark baked chicken meal with gravy with two sides, dressing(or rice), and cornbread all for under $ 7. It’s a great deal, and is more than enough food. For my meal, I had the dark baked chicken, green beans, and mac n cheese. Both sides were good — mac n cheese was delicious, and the green beans weren’t mushy. The chicken was juicy and the gravy was a good compliment to it. My one issue is that it was super heavy on the salt, noticeably so. Q Time is located in the West End area in a small shopping center that has its own lot. It can get pretty busy here around during lunch. Overall, good place to grab soul food!

I’m glad I found this place. They really are underrated and I guess it’s because it’s not a tourist spot. You get a decent amount of yummy food for the price too. My favorite here is the dressing and gravy. Idk that’s kind of weird but it is. It’s one of a kind. I know I can always get good food here. It’s consistent as heck for a mom and pop shop. Go on Tuesday and Wednesday you get a free drink and there lemonade is bomb.

Today I ordered the Salisbury Steak, rice, Mac n cheese, and collard greens… This place never fails. I have never come to Q-Time and not received prompt, courteous service. The food tops any soul food restaurant I’ve ever been to thus far in Atlanta… I normally don’t cook but when I want a home cooked meal I come to Q-Time. The ribs are crazy good. The turkey wings are worth fighting over… And on Tuesdays and Wednesday’s you get a free drink with the purchase of a meal… Been here a few times since I’ve lived in Atlanta and I will recommend this spot to anyone…

Good place to throw down southern style. Located in the west end this place ha smash its mark back on the day with Christine Crenshaw and Fred«dad» Crenshaw. Their sprits live within the history of the area.

I went here for Easter to pick up a Sunday dinner. I got the baked chicken, mac & cheese, yams, & dressing. Chicken was AMAZING. It was seasoned well. Mac & cheese was decent. Dressing was ok & yams were ok. I went later during the evening so I knew that it was a possibility that there wasn’t going to be a lot of food leftover. While I asked an employee if they had some more yams because they had little chunks in the pan I got an angry reply saying«aint nothing wrong with them they fine». Ugh so RUDE. So I got them anyway because I was craving yams. I also got some peach cobbler for dessert. It was nasty. The peaches were burnt and the breading that was used were crushed like graham crackers. wtf Customer service was bad. While I was standing their waiting to place my order the employees were having a pow-wow standing around talking. Hello do you not see me here? The lady who does the deserts was also rude. Holding a conversation while she was scooping my peach cobbler in the container. The guy who checks people out was friendly. Will I be back? maybe… maybe not but some of these employees need to work on their attitudes.

Their veggie plate is amazing and cheap! I got the greens, mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and a corn muffin for seven bucks. The food was not salty, but well-seasoned and delicious. I really loved that the sweet potatoes were drizzled with marshmallow, which made it dessert. It is cafeteria-style, but small and intimate. Although the food was good, and the service was very friendly, I can’t give it five stars due to their lack of environmental consciousness. They use all plastic and styrofoam everything, and offers no composting or recycle bins for waste. Nevertheless, this is a great place for a lunch break or take-out.

Family oriented, fast and friendly dining. From the manager to the dish washer a very cheery service worthy attitude is presented to all their customers. The food remains authentic and fulfilling with its own private spin on the dessert enterprise offering locally baked cake. support your community

Very good. As someone who hasn’t spent much time in the south, I was excited to try the barbecue. It was certainly good, but nothing particularly special. I got chicken, which was good. I had the Mac & Cheese and greens on the side, which were also very good. The service here was great as well.

My coworker treated me to Q-Time for lunch last week. This was my first time here so I decided to sample some of their different sides by opting for the vegetable plate. I ordered the mac & cheese, dressing, cabbage, and yams, accompanied with a complimentary cornbread muffin. All of the food was good. The yams were a little dry and too sweet, but I am pretty sure yams are not in season right now, which may have been the reason for this. This is a no-frills, cafeteria-style restaurant. Great spot to quickly satisfy the craving for home-cooked tasting soul food.

I am a believer. Everyone know I love Mac & Cheese & Dressing. They have it all here. OMG the peach cobbler makes you want to lick your fingers. It is very small I can say that but the food makes up for it. I wish they had beef ribs but they dont. Not so friendly atmospheres but who cares I am not there to lollygag or sit & eat lol. I would recommend to friends.
