I became increasingly interested in Pole Dance classes with the number of friends that always seemed to go to a bachelorette party themed around erotic dance… so I added it to the ol’ 30 before 30 list.
And I’m glad I did. After my first class, I said I HAVE to go back. The space is great, intimate where there are no more than 6 poles (so only 6 max per class) and the owner/​instructor is very thorough in her instruction! Working in an office 12 – 14 hrs a day can make you uptight so this was the perfect place for me to loosen up and try something outside of my norm. I just finished my second class (as part of a living social deal) and signed up for the first series!
R U A Pole’forma offers easy payment plans and when you sign up, your progress will be tracked, not only for your skills in the dance but fitness levels as well (TRUST me, you will not be able to half walk or raise your arms the first class —- I LOVE THAT!)
Am I a Pole’forma? Not yet, but I’m working on it!

I would definitely recommend this great place!
