This spa is absolutely fantastic. I’ve had massages and facials and now I’m a regular monthly facial customer (not because the massages weren’t good, just because I decided my skin needed more TLC than my muscles). All of the staff is super-friendly and whenever I walk in there’s usually another client there chatting and friendly, too. There’s no egos or attitude — you always know you’ll be treated with respect. The facilities are clean, they seem to use the highest quality products and they don’t pressure you to buy their stuff, they just educate you on the best products for your skin. Highly recommended!

This spa is a hidden jewel. Unfortunately unless you are a member of the Club or a friend of a friend, you probably don’t know it exists … but it is available to the public. I’ve had 4 massages by 3 different therapists and they don’t begin to compare to the massage I received a Spa Sydel. I walked in, was shown to the «changing room» that was like stepping it my own bathroom at home complete with a robe. I wasn’t just shown to a room. After my massage, I was offered water with oranges once and lemons another time. I even had the option of taking a shower with all the extras needed to refresh before I had to continue my day. This is a must experience!
