Knocked down to 4 stars because they don’t keep promised hours. Ultimate disappointment.
Classic old style barbershop with masterful barbers. I came from NYC to Emory and missed the old Italian style at bargain basement prices without sacrificing service. That’s exactly what I get here! Ask for the owners — they know what they’re doing. The new hires are good too, but nothing beats the original. Highly recommend but hope this review does not create lines …

These folks do a consistently great job. Good haircuts, nice folks. I have been getting my hair cut here for 20 yr or so. An since Hector took over they provide a hot lather shave of the neck, and a neck massager. Great experience.

Hector is the man! Try this place out if you are looking for a real barber style experience. Been getting my cuts done by Hector way before this place and still find the need to travel a little further to keep him as my barber now that he opened his own shop. You won’t be disappointed.

Love these guys and girls. Been going here for ages. Harold and now Hector are the best. The ladies are also good. The hot shave and massage machine really make my day. No need to give directions or instructions. My hair always looks great. Nearly every visit I see friends here.

No matter who cuts your hair here, it’s always perfect. Weekday afternoons, you’ve got Gunsmoke. Weekend mornings it’s Rawhide. What else could a guy ask for?

Great old school barbershop. Good haircut and nice guy. Cash or check only, but there’s an ATM next door.
Big screen TV mounted directly in front of the large old school leather chairs. So you can relax and veg out while you get your hair cut.

Just had an excellent first experience at this barber shop with master barber Hector. He is a pro at his craft and for me it was worth paying a few dollars more for an excellent cut that was given with care. I also appreciate the fact that the space was quiet and welcoming, without a lot of non-​customers hanging around talking and cutting up as is the case in some barber shops. Will definitely be coming back here!

Check out Hector The Master Barber to get your hair cut. He doesn’t rush through the experience like some other places where you feel you went through a $ 2 car wash.
It’s nice to find a barber that provides a hot shave and actually uses scissors to cut hair. Personally I’m not a fan of a place that asks what trimmer number I use, I rather go to somebody who is actually a barber.
Hector is a «master» at his craft which is becoming a lost art these days.
