Siegel & Dolt Comprehensive Dental Care

First, let me say that this review is no reflection on the hygienists at the office. We see Siegel, and I have no complaints about care. The office is high tech, and there is a huge saltwater aquarium that makes the trip to the dentist almost worth it. Maybe the cost of getting a crown in one visit, plus that aquarium explains how my husband was treated.
My husband had a chipped tooth on a Friday. The office was closed, but Siegel answered the phone. Impressive right? So Siegel told my husband that there were 2 choices, come to the office right now, or wait until Tuesday. Well, husband had time so he chose the former. No brainer if you have time, right? Seemed great until, when I went for a check-​up, we were hit with a charge for an after hours visit to the tune of $ 235.00! At no time did Siegel mention this type of charge (I guess the office would just consider us somewhat stupid for not anticipating such a thing). When we protested the charge on the basis that the dentist didn’t mention it, we were told that“the dentists don’t talk about finances”. Ahem… well, they apparently have no problem using them. Their coffers must be overflowing, because they are willing to lose two clients who have been going there for at least 5 years over a charge of $ 235.00.

Dr. Dolt and his wonderful team created my veneers over 3 years ago and I have been extremely happy with the results! They look so natural that it is hard to convince people that they are not my teeth. It may sound crazy, but I look forward to my cleanings every 6 months. Hygienists, Susan and Nicola always do a fantastic job. Dr. Dolt recently removed my two upper wisdom teeth and it was completely painless.
I cannot thank everyone enough for making me feel at ease. Dr. Dolt always takes his time to figure out the best solution for my oral care. Having two autoimmune diseases isn’t easy and it means so much to me that everyone really cares and has my best interest in mind. Thank you doesn’t begin to cover how I feel. I love my smile!

It is not often that you come into a dental office and every member of the staff is sincerely pleasant and enthusiastic. I was blown away by how every person in the office took great pride in their tasks and duties. The result of this was an amazing experience that made the mundane, and often dreaded task of routine dental cleaning a very brisk and even enjoyable experience. The personable nature of this office and their individual expertise made my day. From checking in to checking out, everything was unlike anything I have experienced in dental service. Bravo! I look forward to many years to come from this doctor/​patient relationship.

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a year and a half. I was a bit worried about it being a painful experience but it was very pleasant. Nicola was very pleasant and professional. I got useful information on how to maintain my teeth better and felt very comfortable using them.
