The staff for this office is SO RUDE. I have no idea how these people stay in business.

His staff is horribly rude; they lack any degree of compassion or professionalism! PLEASE AVOID

We had a disagreement about the doctors financial policy which resulted in the doctor refusing to see me. I was willing to agree to the whole financial policy except one section where I would be responsible for paying of all collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs associated with collecting a debt. I would never agree to something where I don’t even have an slim idea of what the cost is. He could hire a 500/​hr attorney just to write me a letter saying I owe this and I would be liable. But to compromise I offered to pre-​pay his whole fee every time I came in so there would be nothing to collect on, however, the doctor would not budge. The office manager even tried to convince me to sign it because i would be pre-​paying — I of course said no. In the age of declining reimbursement rates, I imagined that a financial incentive this large would suffice but it did not. Most specialist visits cost upwards of 400 dollars but I guess he prefers his contractual discounted rates. In my humble opinion, I have no idea if he will use a reasonable sum for collection costs or attorney fees and I will not sign a blank check to anyone. Collection fees are a cost of doing business in a world that you have post pay arrangements. It is unreasonable to ask for this.
