Let me just say the last house I closed that Tasha staged sold in a weekend and had 2 offers competing on it. Because I don’t get paid until my listings sell, I recommend everyone use my complimentary staging service with Tasha. She is quick to fit you in and always available by phone and text, super important for a busy realtor. The first thing my clients tell me is that they should’ve had her over sooner so that they could enjoy the changes she recommended. Even the NICEST homes can use Tasha’s eye. Absolutely Fantabulous! The hubs and I redid our home and had it staged in order to put it on the market. So if anyone is looking for a beautiful 2 bed/2.5 bath townhouse in Midtown Atlanta with a large two car garage, two blocks from the fox, 7 blocks from Piedmont Park, then please shoot me a message! Anyway, back to the review.
Tasha with Simply Staged did an amazing job with our home. She picked out the paint colors, picked out all of our furniture, décor, and accesories, and used things we already had to stage our home all for one low fee (plus the price of the furniture and accesories). The other amazing thing about Tasha is that she did everything in one day. Yes, she transformed our dark, lifeless cave to a bright, chic, midtown oasis all in one day and for one low fee. The transformation is quite amazing. Plus, she stayed within our budget, which was pretty low. It was definitely cheaper and more practical for us to use Tasha’s services than to try to stage our home on our own.
So, if you’re looking to give your place a professional makeover then Tasha is your person for the job. She does consultations only too in case you want to shop for everything yourself. Also, she specializes in redesign, where she uses the things you already have to optimize the beauty of each room. Who knew talent like this existed? –coming from someone who’s missing the creativity portion of her brain! Hence the need for Tasha with simply staged!
