Bad service and they steal your change. Ordered smoothie, cost $ 8. Gave them at $ 10 and the slammed the window and said«thanks have a great day». Didn’t have time to go in and argue. Would have give a tip anyway, but don’t like to be robbed for it.

It’s ok for what it is. Sometimes the drinks are so sweet it is a little disappointing. I have them make them without the turbinato which saves some calories and additional sweet flavor. I usually go with the lemon and strawberry twist. The last time I went I had them add caffeine and that amped me out pretty hard. The service ranges from excellent to below average

My order is always correct it just always takes a while to get your smoothie. This is a stand alone location so you can only go through the drive-thru.

Small smoothie joint thats a stand alone store in the Briarcliff Village plaza along with Chipotle, TJ Maxx, Shoe Carnival, Panera, Publix, etc. This location has a drive-thru as well as walk-ins. Service is friendly and fairly swift. It gets busy around lunch time on weekdays so understandable. Otherwise, it’s a clean store with good health inspection score of 96A as of April 2014.

I use to go there multiple times a week because I get so many coupons from them and the regional manager came up to me and told me he could not accept my coupon. After spending over approximately $ 1000 with them this year I have decided to contact corporate and take my business elsewhere. The staff has gotten better over the years but they cannot seem to keep their staff happy as the turn-over rate is pretty high. I cannot count how many times I’ve gone there to the drive thru and after I pulled off they didn’t make my drink correctly. This place is a disgusting and dishonest place to do business. I WOULDAVOIDATALLCOSTS!!! Not to mention they don’t care about their customers or the quality of service they give or else the owner(franchised location) would invest in a better speaker and microphone instead of forcing the customers to repeat their orders OVER and OVER and OVERAGAIN.

The location is very convenient for me as it’s in the same plaza as my bank and my go to for most quick meals Chipotle. I primarily use the drive through but go in sometimes when I have time to kill. The inside while small is always clean and has tons of products to try if you are feeling froggy. Service is always very friendly it’s sometimes really slow because they are sooooo friendly! I pretty much stick with the same smoothie every time I go because the only time I ever went crazy and tried something different it was gross. Not their fault entirely because the corrected it. I tried a chocolate protein smoothie and it didn’t list on the menu that bananas(now Holla back girl is stuck in my head!) were in said smoothie and this Chicka vomits when bananas(darn you Gwen Stafani) are involved. Overall this locations satisfies any smoothing craving I may have and no matter how many times I think it’s gonna go away it remains which is ok. Unless an Arden’s garden wants to pop up and put the final nail in the coffin then I might be all about that. Until then more Strawberry Kiwi Breeze please!

I love Smoothie King but this location has a lot of work to do They are currently hiring new staff and the wait sometimes can be a little long If I am near the chipotle over there, I will go to this one but I make sure that I go at peak times just so I won’t be waiting in the heat This is not my favorite one but this is a last resort Do I like them as a company? Yes Do I like this particular? No Hope the company takes feedback seriously because this location has a LOT of work to do

First time visit at this location. Small inside with a jumpin’ drive-thru! Busy Saturday afternoon but still in and out in less than 10. Nobody was rude, fairly professional service. Smoothies was great as usual!

I always worry that this smoothie king is going to shut down because it’s a stand alone store and looks so small by itself. But it’s still around. I did not other reviews about poor customer service, but I’ve never experienced any rude behavior here. I guess the experience is based on the smoothie operator. I usually get the angelfood, skinny, and I’ve never got a wrong order. Give them a shot if you’re around town

I like smoothies. I don’t like the constant«can you hold?» when placing an order, and having to wait for 10 min even though I am the ONLY customer. I don’t like the attitude of an Opera Diva when I mispronounce the smoothie name. I don’t like manager yelling at an employee in front of me in the most disgusting manner. I don’t like sales person making sure that I «do really want the large one, because it’s very large». Hey I am a large person, and don’t want to be reminded by some jerk that I shouldn’t be having large smoothies :) All of the above happened on several different occasions, and yet somehow I still go to that place… I am weird. Did I mention, I like smoothies?
