Great customer service, timely arrival for tow, estimated cost was very close to actual cost. They made a horrible event into a pleasurable experience!!!

I appreciated their up front pricing and prompt pickup, getting to my location in about 15 minutes. I locked my keys in a rental car trunk and I had a horrible experience with the locksmith.
Southside was able to answer my call quickly and put me through to a dispatcher with a short wait time. The prices were competitive. My only gripe is when I asked them to quote a price, they gave me one price and raised it after I explained my situation. That was irritating.
But my driver was very delightful and he knew exactly where to go in order to get the car back to National Rental car at the airport. I had no idea where to take a you’re truck to return it and my phone was dying. He had no problem, knew exactly how to get there. He made me feel a lot better about my crappy day.
