We have been sitting in a waiting room for an hour and a half past our appointment. We watched them order Jason’s Deli, eat it. Walk around. Some girl came out with ear phones on with her iPhone, you could hear the music, and serviced the coffee area and completely ignored me when I tried to get some napkins. This place is very unprofessional.

Everything was prepared for me when I got there. Everything was done professionally and with my best interests at hand! Everybody in the staff was amazing helpful and friendly! I had to have surgery and Dr. Chappuis was honest, friendly, professional and talented. I have never had a doctor as caring patient and thorough as he was. His professionalism is reflected in the staff that he surrounds himself with. I am back to dancing, riding bikes and playing tennis just to name a few activities!

Spine Center Atlanta was a pleasure when I was in the office but after the appointment, I received a bill for over $ 200 for simply a consultation. I was told by the office personnel that my insurance was accepted. It is accepted but it is out of network which they failed to mention. I was really disappointed in this large amount of a 15 minute visit and the lack of communication from the staff about the expected expenses.
