Worst custom service ever. Robin the barber was very rude. She refused to listen to what I wanted my husband’s haircut to be like. She wouldn’t even let me speak a sentence. And when I told her if she wasn’t open to listening to what I had to say and I didn’t like the hair cut, she called me «mean» and told me to leave the area and have a seat. I’ve never been treated this way in my life before. She was incredibly disrespectful and completely ignored me and in fact shut me up before I could explain what we both wanted. Terrible experience.

Rude service at this location! From the woman cutting my husband’s hair who was not patient to the other woman at checkout. Spend your money elsewhere!

I came here very last minute to get a quick trim, not only did they take me last minute but they did a great job and had great service. I was introduced to a great new product for my hair that makes it so shiny! The stylist handled my hair very well & did more than I could ask for. Also the decorations were really cool. Another Bonus is the price was pretty decent. :)))

I brought my lil man in here to get some hair chopped off the top and cleaned up on the sides. It does not sound that difficult, but I feel like the lady who cut his hair really did not know how to cut my son’s hair. Yes, he does have huge curls, but still. I think that she could have tried a little better and cleaned up the sides/​behind his ears better than she did. I do appreciate the lollypop and the coupons. Parking was not the greatest over here though and the parking lot is very busy.

Not impressed. Have been to several Sport Clips before and all were fairly consistent and cordial. At this one the lady asked me my name and how to spell it then started vacuuming then left… the person that cut my hair was nice enough and did a fair job. Might try again due to convenience but…

Prepare to wait is all I can say. The tv’s are a nice touch but they do not move fast. Took an hour for me to get in.

Do not be fooled by the ”no wait” sign out front. I believe it is only there so people know they are open. It was my first time there and Cher was amazing! I will definitely go back to see her.

Arrived at 11:30am, sign outside said «no wait». Didn’t get seated til 12:00, then haircut took an hour. Stylist seemed new, needed to ask other stylist for help. This place has potential, but it’s not there yet.
