Spring Cleaners

I drop my clothes off, they get clean, I pick them up. They ever fixed a hole in one of my sweaters. I’ve never had a problem with them, and they’ve never messed up any of my clothes.

The only reason that I will now continue to go to this cleaners is because it’s so convenient. However, I am not too happy with them anymore. For the 2^nd time they have messed up my favorite comforter set. I have been getting this set cleaned for a few years elsewhere and have never had this issue. At first it didn’t bother me because they sewed it back. However, when it happen a 2^nd time I was piss’d, I also didn’t like that I had to wait 2 more days for them to fix it. I did not receive an apology, only an excuse that the fabric is thin and sewn poorly. Tell that to someone else because I don’t want to hear it. They even pointed out that it had to be sewn back together before, YEAH by you all! No one but you all keeps messing it up! Ugh!
When I asked if I would be receiving a discount for the inconvenience, it was easily brushed off and ignored. I will not be taking my comforter back!
Also, this week they just started a $ 10 minimum debit/​credit card charge. That’s fine and everything, but I am a regular and was unable to get my items because I didn’t have cash on me. You would think that after what I just went through with my comforter (this happened the day I picked my comforter up), they would have been a little more compassionate. Yeah right! The more I think about it, I don’t know if I’ll be going here any longer after all.
