This location is nice because it is a larger store with a lot of both table and couch seating. I also like that it has the Starbucks evenings menu where you can have craft beer, wine and small appetizers.

I’m a very big fan of Starbucks!!! As much as I loved the location and the size of this store I was a bit disappointed on how dirty it was. It wasn’t very busy and I felt that the girls could’ve done quick clean and wipe instead of stand around and chit and chat. But with that said I’ll be back since Starbucks is the only coffee I drink.

Great place for doing homework or just coming to sit and chill. Only complaint is I wish they were open a tad bit later… though I understand employees have lives too so I respect that. Service is always timely and courteous.

Parking: Free parking in their parking lot. Service: Typical Starbucks, nice and fast service. Food: I like their lemon cake. That’s about all I’ve tried here. I like their iced coffee a lot. overall experience: B+

This is my usual location for Starbucks. I live about a mile from it. I usually stop by before work to grab a cup and go. I usually make my orders right on the app so I can skip the line and walk straight to pick up. I often get annoyed stares from customers waiting in line … ‘Who the heck is this guy walking straight to pick up and getting his drink … We have been waiting here for hours…’ That’s when I flash my phone … ‘Online order … Don’t worry I’m not cutting in line… Using the app to order ahead!‘ Well any who, I always order the same thing, depending on my mood I switch the size from tall to grande or vice verse. I always order the dark roast, regular amount of soy, shot of espresso, and a pump of toffee. *** This is the location which got me started with my Starbucks coffee craze. Turning me biased to love their coffee more than others. The baristas are friendly and very efficient in completing orders. I see their hustle and bustle … But efficient. And they make my drink perfect every time. No matter who the barista may be. The drink is still hot(not warm) and taste of my coffee perfect. Coffee fresh, nutty from the toffee and smooth from the soy milk. Some locations can’t get that right(not naming any names — Auburn, Alabama located right on exit 57 Starbucks). So thank you to all baristas … I salute you. Your drinks give my morning a nice kick start to hyper drive. May the force be with y’all!

This is a beautiful Starbucks. It has great parking. Drinks are made well. There’s lots of space. It’s across from the hippest place in town, Ponce City Market. So why 3 stars? Because it has a great number of homeless folks who hang out there. And for me, that’s a bit unsettling at a Starbucks. This area of Ponce de Leon, because of the Home Depot, has a lot of folks outside hustling for day labor work. Unfortunately, they congregate around the parking lot of the Starbucks. And that’s actually not that annoying as it literally are folks looking to do work and will not affect your trip into the Starbucks. However, once inside, this beautiful space, which is much larger than any Starbucks in the City, you will notice a good number of homeless folks. That can be a little unsettling. The coffee drink I order all of the time was perfect. The ambiance looked like it could be great. The folks who designed this place should be proud. Great light and great space. But it feels a little unsafe for me and I have a high tolerance for that kind of environment.

My favorite spot to study! Comfy sofas, hi boys, square tables with chairs if you need more space for laptops, soft music playing as well as patio seating. The Internet connection is super fast. There is a wall of cute mugs, sandwiches, fruit, pastries, snacks and of course coffee and tea products to purchase. This location is very clean with great lighting. They even have a pad lock on the restrooms; you must get the code from the barista. Don’t worry, the staff is super friendly and the service is quick. Food/drink: My friend purchased what he thought was a turkey sandwich but it turned out to be turkey with stuffing and cranberry sandwiched between two slices of wheat bread. His face was priceles, he even did the food dance. I guess it was like a party in his mouth. Lol. I’m a little less adventurous; I always order the Chai Latte(which is so fabulous, I make it at home also. However, I purchase the concentrated Tazo Cinnamon Chai Latte from Walmart because it is cheaper at($ 2.99 a carton) and the only place I’ve found the decaf version. Sorry, Starbucks). But I guess I’ll try food the next time; I usually eat at a nearby spot after studying. Additional tip: use the starbucks app, reload that virtual card and order from your smart device. No lines, wait time about 2 minutes.

Food $ 5 for a pumpkin spiced latte. It’s less artificial than Dunkin Donuts. Is it worth the extra price? Probably. They serve wine and beer later in the afternoon. Décor Starbucks are always decently clean. It was kind of crowded and busy even at 11am on a Friday. Why aren’t you at work people? Service Friendly enough and efficient. Would I come here again? Maybe. The location is great though parking can be a pain sometimes.

Great Wi-Fi! I tried upgrading from other networks and they are usually ok or not bad. But this is Starbucks has super fast internet for uploads and downloads. It’s noticeable. They also serve wine and beer which is cool too. Great areas to study or work :)

The best Starbucks employees I have ever encountered. They’re efficient, friendly and personal. The environment of this location is comfortable and quiet. Perfect place to sit and read or work!

The parking lot at this Starbucks is a cluster. It shares a lot with the Whole Foods and TJ Maxx, so the spaces immediately nearby are always full, meaning you need to budget an extra five minutes into any trip here to hike from your car to the store and back again. They do have two spaces for 15 minute parking, but they are always full, so plan accordingly. This location is one of the Starbucks locations that serves alcohol in the evening. While this sounds cool, this means they’re always slammed with people, so I wouldn’t plan on coming here with a study group or to meet up with anyone after 4pm. This also means they put away a lot of their refrigerated coffee accoutrements at 4pm(2% milk, skim milk, etc), so you’ll have to ask is you want anything other than half and half for your coffee. The baristas here do get credit for always being incredibly nice and friendly, and apparently this is where the APD officers come to hang out, so you know you’re safe(while you’re inside at least).

Blah for the location, creepy day laborers flagging you down for work, and the inconsistent drink quality. In general, the soy milk is way too sweet as are all of their espresso drinks. They can never get their«handcrafting»(press a button, turn to coworker for personal conversation, ignore customer) right on the first try even if you use their ordering convention and repeat yourself multiple times. Why ask for my name when it is on my Starbucks Gold Card in your hand and you are going to misspell and pronounce it anyway? I loved Starbucks 15 years ago but it is terrible now.

Good location, plenty parking and the inside is very roomy with a lot of open space and some outside seats. The coffee was fresh and the staff were friendly. That’s all I really expect and they delivered.

The newly remodeled inside leads to the idea you would have a good experience upon entering. But not so fast… Most of the baristas are cold and robotic. Please don’t waste their time trying to be nice or humorous. This attempt will be lost on them. This will reflect in there cold soulless stare back at you when you attempt to converse. For the sake of all that’s holy go to another Starbucks. The baristas at this one will attempt to swallow your soul. *************************************************** This post does not in any way retract my above review about this Starbucks location; however, I like to call it how it is! DIANA the barista IS freaking AMAZING!!! She is not only the must happy person at this Starbucks, but she is very personable, great at her job, and not to mention she knows my usual and remembers my name! VOTE: Diana for manager!

Friendly Starbucks, convenient after my Poncey High workout. Busy at times, parking can be tight during the day. It is one the nicer Starbucks and has a lot of outdoor seating /though the view is busy Ponce. Some of the seating is nice cushy outdoor love seats

Pretty good as a Starbucks goes. Interior is spacious. The employees are always friendly and as I go regularly, they know me by name and remember my usual drink. Sad I know. Sometimes location can be busy and sometimes parking is crazy. Otherwise good Starbucks location.

Starbucks is a franchise so the food and drink experience is pretty much the same. The service and the atmosphere is the riding intangible. This is a good Starbucks space wise. You can come in and congregate, work or whatever. I am a long table kinda guy and this one tends to fill up. Outside you have day laborers on the Ponce side. So prepare for 10 sets of eyes on you when you park, as they think you may need some work done. If you do that is two birds and one stone. Overall it’s a great location that remains open til 11.

Parking can be a little tricky but I’ve always found a spot and haven’t hit anyone or anything doing it yet! You can also pick up some handy helpers on the street. Get your coffee and pick up a new friend to help you paint your house! Huge space, clean, well kept, bathrooms are even clean which is rare in this area. Staff provides quick and friendly service.

Awful parking, slow cashiers, and they ran out of lids so they gave me a non-functioning bubble one that is usually used for drinks with whipped cream. I stumbled in here on one occasion, desperate for my coffee caffeine fix, and the cashier starts asking me about the name I gave with my order. Who cares what name I give, as long as I get my frakkin coffee?!? Also, lots of random dudes hanging out on the Ponce sidewalk waiting for work, since there is a Home Depot in this shopping plaza. And they don’t take Discover, which is weird b/c every other Starbucks takes Discover. Fail.
