Stellina Designer Confections

We had a ‘birthday emergency’ — needed for an overlooked birthday celebration. Laura came to the rescue with her INCREDIBLE red velvet cupcakes in record time! She even delivered them with finesse! The birthday girl was exuberant and Laura saved my bacon! It’s comforting to have someone who really ‘gets’ customer service!

I have never had high hopes for wedding cakes, including my own until Laura from Stellina made my cake. It was beautiful and decadent and sadly, no pics as it was eaten so fast.
It was chocolate throughout and rich and buttery, with beautiful sugared fruit pieces all over, which perfectly complimented my fall wedding.
The only problem was that the cake was so delicious that I couldn’t bear to wait a year to eat the last piece set aside just for that purpose. It lasted until the next morning, and was just as incredible for breakfast.
To this day, when my friends talk about wedding cakes always looking great but tasting horrible, and exception is always loudly included for Stellina’s which was as delicious as it was beautiful!
