I absolutely hate having to frequent this Subway. As another reviewer already stated, it’s one of the only relatively inexpensive places around in the area where you can grab a quick bite to eat, but the service is HORRIBLE. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt the first couple of times I visited, but after reading the reviews here, I know it’s not just me. They suck. In addition to frequently screwing very simple orders up, the employees are severely lacking in their communicative and customer service skills. After I placed an order for a foot long turkey breast sandwich on Italian bread, the first chick slapped some cheese and two veggies patties on it, then slid it down to the next girl, who looked too scared to even speak. I told them there was a mistake, got attitude from the first chick, four thin pieces of turkey carelessly slapped on my sandwich, two ladies then haphazardly adding my condiments, and finally a oblivious«What’s this?» from the guy at the register after it had all been finally prepared. Unbelievable.

the place is ok, but the employees are careless theres one older lady in particular she usually standing towards the end of the assembly line next to the cashier, she just doesn’t care she is VERY sloppy and heavy handed when it comes to putting condiments on the sandwich. terrible service

I eat here because it is close to work. This place has no incentive to be nice to its customers because they have a captive audience. Since this is near the capitol, state offices, city hall and the Fulton county courthouse, there are tons of employees and other patrons of the aforementioned government entities that need a quick and relatively cheap bite to eat. There is not a lot of restaurant selection this far downtown and because of that this place will remain busy and continue to offer sub-par customer service. Unfortunately I will still occasionally be a patron of this place because sometimes I cannot wake up early enough to make my lunch, I need something quick and cheap to eat and I am bored with the few other options downtown.

Not impressed with this branch. And with the(somewhat surprising) waves of people who come through and cause an intermittently enormous line, it’s not worth the wait. I’ve never had a Subway sandwich made with such languidness. The person putting together my sandwich literally tossed cheese on top — just thrown on like an afterthought. When I requested my sub be toasted, the girl looked at me and asked, «Really?,» like I’d just asked her to give it to me for free or something. Um, yeah, really! At least the cheese was arranged slightly better before it went into the oven for toasting. After lunch I didn’t feel great. This would be the second Atlanta Subway chain that left my stomach feeling sub-par after lunch(the other, in Underground Atlanta’s food court). The best one I’ve been to downtown is probably over by CNN. Anyway, I won’t be heading to this particular joint again.
