Great place — fantastic food. It is a great place to go if you want to try good food and are not worried about being in a casual environment. Check it out!

Wow, needs work. First, are you a pizza shop or a convenience store? Instead of having more than a couple two top tables along the front row, they put a convenience store in place. The remaining tables are stuck in the back by their service entrance and storage area, or an upstairs seating area. The upstairs had two more TVs(which I hate in restaurants) and when the lighting was turned on, no dimming, which made it a bright and harsh environment. The TVs didnt have closed caption on, and the music was blaring, so you didnt get any benefit out of them being there anyway. There’s a projector showing another, rather small(for a projector) TV image on the back side of the convenience store wall, which is a YELLOW wall. Why did you choose there to throw yet another TV image, and why so small, and on a yellow wall? Just wrong. Then there’s the pizza… a slimy mess. There was so much oil on it that it dripped everywhere when you pick up a slice, if all the toppings didnt slide off, which made the crust soggy as well. We had to use a bunch of napkins to sop up all the oil to attempt to eat it. Then there’s the«wrapsters»… After I sat down, I noticed all the posters advertising these things, signifying that they were certainly not made in house and had to be taken out of a frozen box from China. What food comes with a set of full color glossy posters to advertise them? Salads? Well, slightly better news here(because they didnt have to cook it) except our Garden Salad was listed as having spinach, but it didn’t. Presentation? Sad. Salads were delivered in plastic bowls, with lids, like we were taking out or something… plates for eating the pizza on, or attempting to share the salads with, where very small paper plates… cutlery was a standard plastic«to go kit» that had a plastic fork, knife and spoon, with salt and pepper packet and a napkin(we broke our plastic fork trying to eat the croutons on the salad)… water provided in styrofoam cups(who uses styrofoam anymore? And again, we were«dining in»). Environmentally, for someone dining in, they were a landfill disaster, with everything being disposable, no plates, no bowls, no silverware, and styrofoam for water. Once our salads came, the first of our pizzas was delivered 30 seconds later, leaving no time for us to have the salad without the slimy pizza getting cold. The second pizza for the couple dining with us didn’t arrive until 10 minutes later, making it odd for us to eat our pizza without them having anything. The wrapster came at the very end of the meal as we were getting ready to leave. The one bite was regretted, and it wasnt eaten. Service was pleasant, but they had nothing to work with otherwise. A couple of nice purple chairs and tables outside the front door… we should have stopped there and not gone in. I give it three months without a major overhaul, sorry.
