Yes, I am about to write a Taco Bell review. I never thought in a hundred lifetimes that’d happen, but here we are. What a time to be alive. Allow me to put it on the line from the get-go: I was completely blown away by the customer service that I experienced. So much so that I wanted to give kudos where kudos were due on this Unilocal page that seems to have quite a few complaints. I placed a very complex mobile order using the ½ off promotion they’re running for those using Visa checkout. When I rolled up to the drive thru, it turned out the system wasn’t working correctly and they didn’t have my order. For some, they might find peril in this issue(there are folks out there that will kick and moan about anything). For me, I saw an opportunity to see what these employees got. I asked the voice in the speaker box if it’d be OK to roll up and show them my email receipt to which they gave the green light. Enter Milton: A wide smiled, super friendly dude that immediately gave me the option to write down my order for him and his crew to work out. So, I scribed my laundry list of TB-fare. Whilst pen met paper, Milton had his men both get to work on my items that didn’t have crazy customizations and also offered a drink for the trouble of writing things out. Beyond that, the demeanor was top notch for a customer-facing employee — jovial, quick to find a solution to issues, and empathetic of my time and hunger. Milton and co. — let me just say you guys kick ass and I wouldn’t want any other group handling my tacos. If you’re not running things by the next time I’m at the window, I’ll be severely surprised. And, from the looks of some of these reviews, that might need to happen sooner than later.

This taco bells service is the worste I have ever seen, walked in, and it’s dirty, the first employee I saw was texting on her phone and just starred at me. And then left her phone on the counter and took my order, then while taking my order passed me onto another employee… there icee freezer drink machine was broken. So I ordered a soft drink, then there ice machine was broken on there soft drink machine. And also the soda that came out of the machine, is usually cold so it’s not a big deal, But!!! The soda was super warm. Food overall wasn’t as good as other taco bells. Don’t come here

HORRIBLESERVICE. Food wasn’t even wrapped in the bag. People that work can’t understand a simple language apparently. I asked for Baja sauce and she repeated with«Baja WHO?» So unprofessional!!!

Compared to other taco bells, the food at this one is not good. Always thrown together in a wad of paper that I often forget what I ordered. The staff are friendly, but I do believe Taco Bell is getting ridiculous with their metrics as they asked me to drive back a bit so that the sensor would not fail them on their time. This is not the first silly request from a Taco Bell drive through. sigh.
