I am a Taco Mac regular, and again this one was up to par. Great friendly services and the food came out to fast if that is actually possible. I write honest reviews of the places I go. So I would honestly give them a 4⁄5 because I reserve the 5 stars for the establishments that go above and beyond on service and quality of our time in your restaurant. I would recommend and we be back. Great food good time not to pricey, and plenty off tvs to watch whatever sport event you possible could want to.

Great place. Nice atmosphere with a huge selection of beer to choose from at the bar. The service was a little slow which shouldn’t be the case cause they weren’t packed by any means. But out waiter was super nice and checked back with us more times than your usual waiters. The wings were killer. I got both boneless and bone in and loved both of them equally. Also they have an amazing queso dip with seasoned beef in the middle. I would definitely recommend this place to friends but I would tell them ahead of time about the service. But yeah long story short, great atmosphere, lots of room, beer and great food.

It’s an overwhelming selection of underwhelming beers. For such a large # of taps, I would expect more than the usual fair I can get at Kroger. Actually, Kroger does a better job of stocking seasonal and special releases. Even the local beers were the typical Sweetwater, Terrapin, and Red Brick offerings with nothing unique at all. On top of that, the Brooklyn Brown I ordered was sour. What a waste. They should just embrace being a sports bar and serve Bud, Miller, and Coors.

This place continually has service misses, and after coming here time after time, it’s just disappointing that they haven’t figured out how to get things right. The GOOD — They have validated parking and it’s easy to find parking. — Food comes out relatively quick and is consistently good(I usually go for the wings and the fries). — Great beer selection. The BAD — It can take upwards of 10 minutes to find your waiter/waitress and get your food order in or have a request for more drinks. — Getting a channel changed is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. We got here at the end of the 2nd quarter of a NBA game. Here’s what I mean. Attempt 1: We ask our waitress to change the game to the basketball game and she acknowledges the request. Attempt 2 [15 minutes later]: I ask the greeter up front to change the channel since it hasn’t been changed and they said to go find our waitress because they do it. Well, she’s nowhere to be found and the greeter is not helpful. Attempt 3 [10 minutes later]: Ask the waitress who finally came around to the table to change the channel and she said she submitted the slip of paper to the person who changes the channel and it’s up to them. Attempt 4 [5 minutes later]: With the channel still not changed, we ask again and she says she already did something. Attempt 5 [10 minutes later]: Ask the greeter to change it and finally she agrees(I’m not really sure why she couldn’t do it the first time). At this point, having gotten here at the end of the 2nd quarter, the channel finally gets switched with 8 minutes left to go in the 4th quarter. It’s amazing they were able to get it right before the game ended. Thanks, Taco Mac Lindbergh!

The wings were cold the beer was hot. Horrible service!!! Did not enjoy my meal here at all. My server must have been drunk because she was loud and gone most the time. Halfway into the meal she hands us the bill. We was going to order more and stay but we are better off going elsewhere. Plenty of tvs with hd and no boxing match I came to watch. So disappointed in this place. First and last time here, Will not be back. Okay okay I said I was not going back But I receive a prompt reply from the general manager. Who promised to make the situation right for us… till then. 1÷30÷2016 now is then :-) still waited a short while for service, yet food was good(boneless wings and fries) and are server(Erica) was very nice and helpful.

I very much enjoyed my meal. Like a lot of other reviewers, I have to echo the fact that service was horrific. I was seated and literally not spoken to for probably 12 minutes. No one; not a manager, waitress, anyone. I attempted to flag a couple people down but they never really looked my way. Also let me say, the restaurant was ATBEST half full. Finally a server who I don’t think was supposed to be mine asked if I was helped, I said no, ordered a coke and wings, coke came like 7 minutes later. From that point on my server was fast and very nice. The wings were surprisingly good. I really enjoyed the buffalo sauce, nice and crispy wings. Also came with fries. I will probably go back to a taco mac when I’m craving(from the reviews it looks like I’d have better service luck at the Virginia Highlands location). Solid meal, bad service.

Great, fast service and our server was so personable. Made the experience that much better. Pretty slow for a Friday evening, but that made the speed of service on our food that much quicker. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Went here on a Wednesday night with friends just to get out and grab a bite and drinks. Nothing really special. Just your typical sports bar. Service was good. I like this location better than the P’tree mainly because of parking. Taco Mac wouldn’t be my first choice for a sports bar but it suffices when you just want to get out.

We went during slow hours. So service was not a problem(they could def do better) like every other review here on Unilocal.Beer was good, tacos were really good. Wings were okay, actually correction the sauce was good just the quality of meat was as if it had been stale and refried. I am giving a 3 but nothing special in the bar to compliment about.

My friends and I frequent this T. Mac along with the Midtown location. Tonight we came to the Lindbergh location. Now I’ve given T. Mac PLENTY of opportunities before I offered this one star review, but the establishment hardly, if ever, rises to the occasion. For tonight’s visit, we came and and were seated promptly. Our server Sha’Vonne came quickly, but that was the first of only two things she did quickly this evening. We ordered fountain beverages to start, along with the queso con carne. The queso came before our sodas did, and the queso was gone before the sodas arrived. My throat was being scorched by fresh jalapeño seeds before she made her way back to the table. Once she did bring the beverages, she said«I’ll be back»(though we had long decided on entrees) and immediately went over to a neighboring table(which she spent more time at the entire evening, though we were seated first and were not difficult at all) Another 5 minutes pass(about 20 minutes seated in the restaurant at this point with no entrée order placed) and she’s back to take our orders. I ordered the Hickory burger, medium, and also convinced one of my buddies to do the same. I ordered regular fries with my burger and my buddy ordered sweet potato fries. My order came back with sweet potato fries, presumably the kitchen’s fault as my ticket didn’t reflect that mistake. I let the runner who dropped our food know that I did not want sweet potato fries(since Sha’Vonne was nowhere to be found, oh wait, she was at the other table where she spent the majority of our visit.) The food runner whisks away the sweet potato fries and says he will get me my regular fries. another twenty minutes pass and no fries. Sha’Vonne shows up and clears the table and I let her know I want my regular fries, and she and in two minutes I have a small plate of COLD regular fries. Take note that the sprite she brought me initially, was the ONLY one I got. I wanted to order alcohol but when I saw that we were not even gonna get minimal attention, I declined. MY buddy had to ask for a glass of water twice before he received it, which was after she cleared the table and was bringing the check. Remember, I mentioned that there were two things she did quickly, the first was coming to the table quickly. The second was bringing the check. That is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. You been slow to the table the entire evening, but can whip the check out in a matter of seconds?! Not acceptable! My burger was delicious, but the competitive edge for any business is the PEOPLE. I don’t have a problem with the food at Taco Mac and if the food was the only deciding factor, this customer would not be lost. But its not the only deciding factor. SERVICE is HUGE and I just consistently receive subpar service. And I think I may be done with T. Mac at this point… I hesitate on reviewing chains, because ultimately nothing will change. But this one star review comes after numerous visits to Atlanta area Taco Mac restaurants and receiving average service at best! I still tipped Sha’Vonne her 20% but this will not end here. I’m tired of giving them my money and receiving low quality in return. I will not be returning to ANY Taco Mac, and I will make sure that when I am out with my friends, that they don’t return either

For a company that’s called Taco Mac, their tacos are terrible. I paid $ 12 for 3 tacos and I had to force myself to eat it bc I was with people and didn’t want to make a scene. This was my first and my last time to this place, would not recommend at all. I’m giving them a 2 stars for having okay service

Started off with a poor experience being seated. A party who arrived after us was sat before us, then another party that arrived after us complained to the hostess so she sat them before us, too. Our waitress was nice, but got two orders wrong, and we had to wait excessively long for drinks to the point of where we had to remind her that we had ordered them. The food was mediocre quality. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were good in size, but the batter around the chicken just crumbled off to where I was just eating plain chicken. Everyone had fries that were lukewarm and clearly not fresh.

Absolutely horrible service. I’d love to give you my impression of the food but we got in and got a table right away and must have waited 15 minutes and never had anyone come to the table and ask us if we wanted anything to drink or eat. So I can’t tell you if the food was good or bad. In fact the hostess that sat us just said«bye have a good night» as we got up and left. Not«hey I just sat you, is there a problem» I guess that would make too much sense to stop paying customers from walking out the door and spending there money someplace else. For the atmosphere, I now know where every hood-rat that can’t get into wet willies goes to hang out. This girl lace is the«absolute worst!» No stars

I have a love/hate with this Taco Mac. It’s technically«my taco mac» in that my Master’s Degree plate hangs on it’s wall, however it falls short the same way that most of them do. Substandard service(I sometimes order two beers at a time because I’m always ready for a 2nd before the server comes back over — and then it takes 10+ minutes between ordering and receiving), too loud(always blasting a sports game, but never the one I want to watch/hear). Food is consistently average — the but issue with this Taco Mac is that you have to pay for parking after the validation window. Kind of a pain when you’re already paying the $ 7 beers.

I’d like to start with a clarification: This review is for ONLINEORDERING only. Don’t do it. Ever. I think I’ve used the online ordering for Lindbergh 4 or 5 times and they have never gotten the order right, ever. Last time one of wing plated didn’t even have fries. Fries. None. That’s like the most basic part of the process and it didn’t happen. Don’t bother ordering extra sauces because, despite you paying for them, you’ll never get them. I like TMac but c’mon, get it together with the online orders already.

Ate here on a Friday night with three other friends. Surprisingly, there was no wait to be seated which was nice. Our server was attentive, only problem was that she spoke very fast. As long as you double check your order with her, she was perfect. All of us ordered a drink to start and they turned out to be well made. The Bob Marley I ordered was a mixture of rums and syrup, with aesthetic appeal. Definitely had a kick to it. The waitress also suggested a long island for one diner, which was also tasty. The wings were as orderered and came to the table in a timely fashion. The waitress was nice enough to ask if we needed to validate parking. Overall a good experience and would come here to eat again.

My girlfriend and I had the worst experience of our lives here today(6÷27÷15). It was really painful. We went to the restaurant because it usually is a quick and easy place to eat. When we got there at 4:40pm, it was not busy. We were taken to the table and figured out what we wanted. After about ten minutes our waitress came over and took our orders, which was as follows: — appetizer of calamari — 6 boneless wings w/fries — shrimp, cucumber, mango wrap — sweet tea and water After another 10 minutes she returns with our drinks. Our main food followed after another 25 minutes. Total time in the restaurant? 45 minutes. My order was wrong– was given traditional wings instead of boneless. Also, no calamari came. My girlfriend bit into her wrap and the skewer that the shrimp was cooked on was still attached and INSIDE her wrap. We alerted our waitress to the issues and it took another 25 minutes to get replacement wings and the calamari. When we asked for the bill, it took 15 minutes for our waitress to get the bill to us. When she finally did, we were double charged for the wings. Total time: 1.5 hours in a restaurant that had 20 empty tables around us. Just terrible.

I’ve been to many Taco Macs and this one was not up there with our food/experience. To start off, our waitress dropped almost our entire tray of waters before she got to us — not a huge deal. We had a party of 8, and our waitress took all of our orders and even read them back to us for accuracy. After all of that, two people still had the wrong food when it came out and an apology was never offered. Some of my boneless buffalo wings were so tough that I couldn’t chew them. I was having to spit pieces out in my napkin, while trying not to look extremely rude and disgusting. The real kicker was when it came time to split up our checks. We told her from the very beginning how the checks would be split up. She brought them out wrong the first time — no big deal… we wrote on them and fixed them for her to help with what went where. This happened FOURMORETIMES. Each time they were wrong, and since someone in our party had to go to work, we just paid what we were given eventually. From the time she first brought our checks to the time we actually paid, it was almost 25 minutes. There’s no excuse for it to take that long to get checks correct when we all only had entrees, and we told her whose checks to put the quesos on. Overall, the Taco Mac near Cumberland is way better. I was extremely disappointed with the food and staff at this one.

We came to Lindbergh to satisfy my sweet tooth. I thought the Dunkin Donuts was one of those combo shops with a Baskin Robbins inside. Sadly it wasn’t but Taco Mac was a twenty second walk away. We took seats at the bar and a very friendly server(with a megawatt smile showing all of his teeth) handed over a dessert menu. He explained that they had a new dessert menu with three fresh options. One was a cinnamon-caramel apple cake and another one some type of cheesecake… I think. Honestly, my eyes zipped straight to the chocolate option: the S’Mores Brownie. They described it as «a double decker, milk chocolate brownie layered with creamy marshmallow fluff and graham cracker crumbs and topped with marshmallows and chocolate sauce.» A few minutes later the server brought out a square white plate with two forks. Two triangular brownies were stacked… thickly drizzled with melted marshmallow and chocolate and sprinkled with graham dust. I wasn’t ready. I didn’t expect Taco Mac to serve up this level of delicious chocolate decadence. The brownie was still warm in the middle too. The marshmallow was a creamy foil to balance the rich chocolate. A perfect end of day indulgence. I can’t speak about any of Taco Mac’s entrées, but they hit it out the park with the S’Mores Brownie! Yum!

The restaurant was pretty empty last night. I was looking forward to the usually delicious buffalo chicken tacos and had hoped to substitute the accompanying rice and beans with sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, my server informed me that after speaking with her manager, I would not be able to make the substitution. I changed my order to the buffalo chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Our order took longer than usual to arrive, and the fries were on the burned side. I am normally a fan of Taco Mac, although I do not typically visit this location. This was a disappointing visit.
