This is the manager at Tailor’s Art Cleaners. I do not know why cannot reply what John W. wrote. that is why I’m writing this here. I do remember John W. because I personally spoke with him on the phone when the incident happened. He brought 7 pcs of regular shirts and my employee found one shirts was torn on the back of shirts,(common damage we could find from other customers too) so she noticed me first and noticed customer. Customer did not respond call, so we had to hold the damaged shirts until we get a respond from customer, Customer came to store after couple days after he dropped to pick his order. we explaned why one of shirts was not cleaned and customer claimed that it was not like that before he brought it. Customer refused to pay for what was done and ask to pay for the shirts! I had to explain that we found a damage and noticed on same day, and never got responded. Customer refused to pay for what had been cleaned. and took everything. We did not take any action against him because some reason he was not satisfied our service, even it was not our fault. Don’t use these people– they tore my shirt, refused to pay for it, and refused to comp my other dry cleaning. Furthermore, they lost my things for 2 days; I had to return to the place 3 times before I could even get my things. Altogether rude and unprofessional.
