Pretty good spot… The not so good: the wait was pretty long because it seemed to be one person at the front who was cashier and waitress so I do think they need to hire more people. The good: My wrap was made too spicy but the cook offered to remake it which was sweet of him but I declined because I didn’t want them to have to waste their food to make me another. So the waitress/cashier gave me extra kale to soften the blow of the hotness. Good customer service isn’t when everything goes right, it’s when a problem arises an an establishment wants to make it right. So I love that they made it right for me. I love that it’s Vegan and it is Black woman owned, which sadly you don’t see a lot, so I plan to patronize again before I leave Atlanta. Keep up the great work! Bring a location to Los Angeles please! =)

Best raw place in town, so super yummy, Wakame salad, pad Thai and kale are my favorite. The whole thing could be less raw– oniony tho.

Excerpt from convo with friend about going to Tasili’s: Me: «What the f***, did I just spend $ 15 on a wrap?» Friend: «Yeah, it’s a lot… but their supposed to be good.» … Me: «This is taking forever. What the hell?!» Friend: «Yeah man, I gotta get back to work.» … Get wraps, drive back to work, part ways. Five minutes later: Me(text): «This wrap is f***ing delicious. Dear god in heaven. They coulda charged me double, made me wait an extra 15 minutes, then probably slapped me in the face and it woulda been all good. Friend: «Yup.»

Was here for New Year’s Day love the spicy kale salad. Even tried their sample of alkaline water only to buy a bottle to go. Next time I’m in the A, I am definitely stopping by again.

THE. FOOD. IS. AMAZING. I’m not a huge fan of vegetables and salads but I’m starting to incorporate vegan and raw foods into my diet. The Punany kale wrap is EVERYTHING! Be sure to call ahead to place your order so you won’t have to wait. It’s about $ 16 but you can get 2 – 3 meals out of it. I’m so glad this eateyr is on the westside. I eat here at least once per week now.

First vegan restaurant I’ve ever been to and it will definitely be a spot I continue to go to. The atmosphere was great! As soon as I walked in I felt embraced. There were different paintings on the wall. Reggae music filled the room. The customer service was amazing. The lady who took my order was very pleasant and almost acted as if she had known me for a while. This restaurant was very inviting. And the food?! Amazing. I had a very berry smoothie which was delicious and a great balance to the spicy ‘wrawp’ I ordered. The wrawp was huge and I was unable to finish half in one sitting. The wrawp also had great flavor combinations which left me very satisfied with my meal. If you haven’t eaten here you should definitely make it a point to try it next time your in Atlanta!

The food here is amazing. I just wish they had other raw tortilla options because the seaweed can be a bit challenging. Nevertheless all the wraps are amazing and my absolute favorite is the SOB wrap w/spicy kale. And I usually get a side of beet meatloaf and a nori to go very tasty.

Not only am I vegan but im soy free, gluten free, and grain free. I really enjoyed this place! Can get a little pricey but I always order multiple entrees whereever I go. Bill was about 50 $ but I had a ton of food for me and two other people and it lasted us two days. Ordered the Afrikan Carob cake! you must get this. you must. also ordered the nachos and some wraps and a tofu based dish. My only complaint and the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because I’m allergic to soy and I broke out in hives because their was obviously some cross contamination in their kitchen. Its to be expected and the food was so good I’d actually chance another bout of hives since im not anaphalatic. Definitely check this place out. Location is quaint, food wait is a bit long so don’t go starving like I did.

So I called in my order and had it picked up. The women taking my order was cool lol. I ordered a Punany wrap(mixed) and a berry berry smoothie. When I smelled the wrap I almost cried. It smelled like the best meal ever made by man and earth. This is a pretty large Wrapp and I almost bought the Mandingo. If you’re transitioning to a vegan or vegetarian I guarantee you won’t miss the meat. It’s a boss all on it own. I’ll definitely be back! Great for lunch!!!

My sister was in town and is a Vegan and wanted to try out a local place and discovered Tassili’s Raw Reality. Wow, when I worked for the county I used to drive past this place weekly and I never knew what was here until just recently. Seriously, this place is a hidden gem in the West End area of Atlanta. There is gourmet raw/vegan restaurants and there are places like Tassili’s. This place is full of love and soul and the people who run this place are great. I could not help but talk to one of the fellas here who said he comes here because he cannot prepare his own food(he’s probably in his mid-70’s or 80’s). The guy kept asking me how I liked my food and when I said I loved it, he smiled, he kept cleaning off the tables and made sure the place looked nice, as if he owned the restaurant. Which speaks volumes of this place. The majority of vegan restaurants can be quite expensive and Tassili’s is very reasonable and practical in price, considering how much work goes into making these dishes. [Food Prices] 1 item(4.99) 3 items(7.99) 4 items(11.99) 5 items(16.99) 6 items(21.99) or a sample of all items for 29.99. Their mild kale salad, Karamu couscous and that Black-eyed Pea Humas is something else. My goodness that black-eye pea hummus could be put on just about anything. I loved it!!! We also had their Yoshi rolls, which come with an amazing dip, incredible. If I lived nearby here, I’d eat here several times a week. They have excellent hours, so I’ll be back for sure, even though it’s over an hour drive to get here one way. I’d highly recommend coming here, your body deserves good and natural foods. yoshi rolls, Yoshi Rolls, YOSHIROLLS. Its like a party in your mouth. They’re really super flavorful! I had the South of the Border wrap. It was amazing. Of course i added extra onions because i love the flavor. The cous cous is delicious and so is the black rice. When I let my friend taste my food she said«if I could cook like this i would go vegetarian». I plan on take moms and pops next time. To be honest you really cannot go wrong with anything here. They will let you try a little sample if you are unsure. Check out Tassili’s its the bomb! Yep

Good food but some of the people it takes getting used to. Really raw and vegan. Excellent variety of ready to serve entrees and side dishes. You have to try the kale salad! There’s a spicy one too! Yum!

Not usually a fan of raw vegan food, too many nut and seed pates, dehydrated wraps etc. gives me way too much indigestion and gas. This place on the other hand NAILS it. I have honestly never tried raw food like this before, everything was so well seasoned and marinated it was unbelievable. The spicy kale salad really does not hold back on the spice WOW! The sweet coconut corn was incredibly tasty as well, almost like dessert. Had no idea you could eat okra raw but they pulled hat off too. Also had no idea you could eat rice raw! That was a bit surprising. Can’t wait til the next time I’m back in ATL to try everything else on the menu.

Seriously stop reading my attempt at a review and just go eat here right now! If you have the great fortune of visiting: spicy kale salad = ah-mah-zing. The nori wrap and yoshi roll, so very good. Listen, these guys took raw and made it something everyone and anyone can/should eat. You can tell where the heart of this food sits and it comes through in each bite.

I went to this place based upon all the stellar reviews. I’m only giving it 3 stars because the staff was nice, and my friends liked the food. As sooon as you step into this establishment, there’s a distinct smell of mildew. I should have done takeout, because smell does affect taste buds. But, I ended up dining in with a spicy kale wrap. Nothing special to write home about — it was dry, and tasted subpar. However, my friends did all like theirs! We all agreed that their brownies should be off the menu tho. This place has a hippy/rasta vibe, but in need of freshness and cleanliness.

To be honest with you I love the food here. I love the spicy kale, the punany, the mandigo… pretty much everything. If you get a wrap, prepare to eat it for lunch and dinner, or dinner and left overs the next day; because the servings are huge for wraps. My only issue is that $ 13 bucks for a wrap is expensive; even for kale. In fact, all of the items are overpriced. If you want a drink, add another couple of bucks. I left out paying $ 18.00 on my last trip with only a single wrap and one drink. If you want to take a friend, make sure it is one that will share… because you can easily spend close to $ 50.00 if you want several items.

I was very excited to visit Tassili’s after reading other reviews. I actually called in and ordered the kale wrap just based on reviews. Upon arrival I was a little surprised to be charged $ 14+ for a wrap, but figured it was well worth it. I must admit I’m highly disappointed. There wasn’t any taste to my sandwich and it was quite dry. I actually had to used liquid aminos(soy sauce) to finish half of it and I have no plans to eat the other half even though it is large enough for 2 sittings. The staff was nice and it is a lot of food, but I have no intention to revisit as the price is not worth a lack of taste. If you visit try a different item!

Such a neat little place! I ordered the $ 16 «South of the Border» wrawp and it was HUGE. Like as big as my head. I barely finished half of it! It was a very unique combination of flavors… kale, black bean hummus, avocado, coconut cous cous… yum!!! The ONLY reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the«raw» title is very misleading. There was lots of cooked food in my wrap. Still delicious though!
