do not move here!!! termite infestation! mold!!! its a nicely wrapped piece of sh*t!!!When i initially moved in I had several different issues. I tried to remain patient seeing that the property was newly renovated. After all the hassle everything was fixed and i was satisfied. They also false advertised an all electric property, but come to find out you would need gas for heat. I came home to that notice on my door. They said gate would be fixed buy September 2015, it was up last month some time. Now i have a termite issue in my home and building. I have taken pictures and sent them to the office in regards to how the termites may be getting in from the big holes above my window seal that i can clearly see outside through. I am so not satisfied with the response and just flat out nonchalant attitudes of the office staff, they don’t seem to move with no sense of urgency or concern. I will not be renewing my lease. I was hoping that i would be able to stay another year, but the termite infestation just kilt that. DO NOT MOVE HERE! ITS NICELY MADE UP!

Broadway at East Atlanta is great! They made my moving transition very smooth. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment set up are very modern and for a reasonable price.

I just applied and moved in this week and so far I am in love! I love that new stuff smell and I love how clean the community is. Office staff was so eager to help that it made me feel like I was not going to regret my decision. So far so good!
