Last night my husband and I went to have some dinner and drinks. The food was really good and my Strawberry Margarita was one of the best that I’ve ever had! For our appetizer we had the Crab and Artichoke dip, it was delicious! My husband had the Herb Crusted Salmon and Steak. I enjoyed the Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Madeira. We both enjoyed our meals, but weren’t able to finish them. We enjoyed our dinner, despite the hour and so wait. The wait gave us some time to do a little shoe shopping! :)

This will be a very short review. The only thing I can give a review on is those awesome cakes they have to offer. I have to admit I’ve NEVER sat i sideand had their food before. Whenever I come its always at a rush for a few slices of different flavors of cakes and cheesecakes. With that along this is why I keep coming back. I will change my 3 star review once i have eaten there.

I went with my family for my little cousin graduation from college. The food was so good. I think the chefs there cook with that southern love!!!

Had late lunch/early dinner here with family and friends on 12÷20÷15. This was actually my first time at this location, but my kids had been before. I had the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, which wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great, but overall, I enjoyed the experience. I did enjoy my after food cocktail the Modern Old Fashioned. I’ll definitely consider going to this location again.

I love the Cheesecake Factory. Cheesy?! Well so what? It’s like Houstons or papadeuxs(always good quality food) but with a huge menu. It’s a chain but it’s consistent and they can get away with their massive menu bc everything on it is delicious!!! I’ve never had anything that I didn’t like. The portions are huge they always have good service and the lighting couldn’t be better. And the bread?!! Swoon! Love that! Over the years I’ve been partial to the chicken piccata the pecan crusted fish… the burgers. the salads… You get my drift… Last time I got the sausage ricotta flat bread which was only 6.95 and quite good… I’m not a fan of sweets but the Godiva cheesecake will make me make an exception. It’s a good place for dates and business meetings and if you bring someone here that can’t find something on the menu their ass needs to be dropped off at home. Go!

Sat at the bar for happy hour/bar menu specials. This location DOESNOT have drink specials(reasons #1−57843 that I will be going back to the Perimeter Mall location. service was slow and bordered on surly. Sat at the bar and wasn’t greeted. Menus were placed in front of us, and the bartender walked away. We waited about 10 minutes for service, menus closed and sat next to us. May have been a one — off but we will not return

Meh. The wife and I haven’t been here until today and I can almost guarantee we won’t come back. Took 10 minutes for the waiter to come ask us what we wanted to drink. OK cool that’s understandable, they are sort of busy. Then 5 minutes later be comes and asks again. Then a few minutes later I overhear him asking another waitress to bring us drinks. It’s not really our waiter’s fault though. Management has them spread too thin. I ordered a sandwich and an app then my wife got spaghetti. The spaghetti tasted like it was sponsored by Morton’s salt. Like Morton himself made the sauce. Pure salt. All this took about an hour and a half to get in and out. The food wasn’t worth the wait or the price we paid.

In my opinion the food was average as well as the service. I ordered the chicken piccata and the quantity looked like it was from the kids menu. Granted it was from the lunch special, but come on its spaghetti how much could it cost. In regards to the service, it took a minute for our waiter to arrive at are table, but once he was around he did a good job. It’s a shame. I really like the place. It’s decorations, location, and atmosphere can make this place a top 5 in any state or country.

The experience here was short and sweet. Long story short say at the bar. Met the bar tender Drew! Amazing conversation and service. He suggested the meal. The meal was pressured to my satisfaction. He suggested a wine, the wine was perfect. We chatted as the bar area got crowded. And then I became dust in the wind! It was precise and worth doing again. I plan on coming here as often as my palate desires! Nate C

God awful experience. Let’s see. currently I have half my meal in front of me. I stopped eating it 10 minutes ago when I ran out of both beer and water. It took over 10 minutes to simply get drinks in the first placed. As in, we ordered drinks, and then didn’t see the server for 10 minutes. It took almost a half an hour for our entrees to arrive after ordering. I have been here TWO hours now, for one course!!! I wanted dessert, but at this point I give up. And they are NOT full. No wait. Open tables. This is not worth the frustration. I’m gonna go to the bathroom now and drink out of the sink, as nobody has been by as I type this. Good luck eating here.

Service was extremely slow, food was ok not the best. Can’t say I had a good experience. The waitress seemed like she was hesitant to take on our party. Won’t be back to this location.

wow… So we all know the cheesecake is to die for… and maybe I shouldn’t complain about their savory side. that being said. I’ll proceed with honesty. I kept it simple with a Margherita pizza. sounds like it would be a tough one to mess up but nevertheless. it arrived with sparingly used marinara, no tomatoes and no basil… ??! really? They added basil… the pizza was 13 on the menu. meh. As for the 7 year old, my son, he played it safe with buffalo strips and fries. no complaints really but not elevated or anything. 8 bucks on the children’s menu. My lovely wife created her own omelet. Cheddar, roasted peppers, jalapeño, and diced ham. Omelet seriously lacked cheese. enough to make her dig for it. toast with no butter or fancy organic jam {what was the purpose} and served with seasoned potatoes which were pretty good but it’s potatoes. overall… way overated. eat anywhere else more affordable nearby and just scoop up a piece of pie on the way home.

Cheesecake as far as the eye can see and a menu so overwhelming you will need a bookmark, but you can’t make a mistake. A date night favorite and good for groups. They don’t take reservations though, which is super inconvenient

My last visit here was this past Sat, 8⁄29. The wait wasn’t too bad, even though the line was out the door. We were seated in a booth. Since the aisles are so narrow, we had to put the baby’s stroller near the narrow-door entrance, not the main entrance. I ordered the fish tacos. They were devine. The first two were so good. You know how something has such a distinct taste that after awhile, your taste buds get over them quickly? No? Okay, maybe it’s just me. After the first two, I was asking for a taste of my partner’s Shepard’s Pie, which was SOOO good. I almost wished I’d ordered that. Maybe I will next time. The fish tacos had a nice seasoning, helping of guacamole, and a sweet sauce. Loved it. Just got tired of the taste after the first couple. I also ordered the Apple Crisp instead of cheesecake, since I’m not a cheesecake fan. Well, this place is called the Cheesecake Factory, so perhaps, I should have tried out one of ‘em. The Apple Crisp was disappointing. I’m not a fan of nuts, so the fact that the entire bottom of the dessert was a layer of pecans was disappointing. I totally missed that part on the menu. Yeah… quite disappointing. Our waitress took a long time to do anything, granted it was a Saturday. The wait was awful. Our cups sat empty for most of the time we were here. I forget her name. I’ll try the Shepard’s Pie next time I come here and perhaps, a cheesecake finally. ;)

My staples here(nationwide) never seem to change… Avocado rolls & vegan Cobb salad Maybe wine, split cheesecake or none My servers 80% of the time are great. Usually it’s kind of a known aspect they don’t take care of you as much as you desire given its always 50 billion people here. but that’s given its so busy, I get it My server tonight was ok… not good… ok…blah…no personality or smile… but she did her job… she served food and gave check It’s hard to complain when your order wasn’t messed up or your food wasn’t taking too long. but it’s easy to notice somebody who doesn’t want to be at work… or doesn’t want to deal with… ummmm humans lol… All in all… the host was great, the food was as always great and the service was sufficient…

We checked out this location on a typical Friday night and we ordered grilled artichokes as appetizers and steak and pasta for main course. We started with artichokes and were half way don that my wife found a live worm on it(the picture is attached). As you can imagine it ruined our appetite. We asked for the manager and he tried to discredit our claim but he couldn’t since the worm was alive and moving. It took a very long time to bring our order and they brought the stake first without a steak knife! It took them another 5 minutes to bring the pasta and a knife. At the end we asked for a check and they brought us a check! The service was awful and the food was bad. I do not recommend this location to anybody else.

I used to go to the Cheesecake Factory at least 2 – 3 times a month growing up. It was the«cool» place to dine at when in high school. With plenty of menu options and delicious cheesecake, you just can’t go wrong. Plus the bonus was that you usually can find a Cheesecake Factory next to your neighborhood mall so it was quite convenient. Not much has changed since then because this location and its sister locations are all within the major malls as well. I’ve somehow managed to avoid dining at this chain for most of my 20s but have recently started going back for casual lunches and dinners. Mainly, because of the delicious cheesecake we pick up for dessert. This location is in Cumberland Mall. You can’t miss them because they are located near Ted’s Montana Grill. Service is excellent the handful of times we have visited so far and of course the cheesecake is always delicious. During our last lunch visit however, they served me a slightly frozen slice of my favorite«Wild blueberry White Chocolate.» It wasn’t a huge deal for me because it was still delicious but I can see how others might be peeved by it. My boyfriend ordered the«Dutch Apple Caramel Streusel» and he enjoyed very bite. If you love apple pie, you’re going to love this cheesecake. During our last visit, we were both craving burgers so he ordered the Mac n Cheese burger and I ordered the Factory Burger. The Mac N Cheese is exactly what you think it would be. Picture a juicy burger with includes a mac n cheese patty. He loved it and was very pleased with his menu choice. I also enjoyed my burger. I was drawn to the wheat bun and the fact that it came with caramelized onions. It’s the same wheat bread that you are typically served while you wait for your entrees. The meat was cooked well and we both left satisfied. NOTE: Our server gave us a heads up that at this particular location, they tend to under cook their meat so if you generally order«medium» then your best bet is to order«medium well» and so on. I’m sure we’ll return soon enough for more cheesecake slices and explore other menu items.

I love Cheesecake Factory! If you are in the mood for sweets, may I suggest venturing out of their cheesecakes and try any of their chocolate cakes? they are huge and decadent so I suggest to have at least 2 people work on that baby … maybe even 4 people for every slice … SERIOUSLY! Now i forgot the name of the cake I had the last time, but it had three different layers of chocolate with all kinds of other chocolate stuff around it. Now, make sure you have a reservation and patience during their peak hours, cuz the wait can be long. I definitely enjoy their free bread and soft butter/margarine while you wait for your ordered meal. They have white and wheat bread to choose from. The only thing about this is that you need to sorta kinda control yourself because it is unlimited and it is so easy to fill up on these things before your actual meal comes. Most of their pasta dishes are huge and can be split with two people. So, unless you are just hell-bent on devouring some food that day, i would say that splitting one pasta entrée between two people is the perfect portion per person. We always have the chicken scampi, and it is always on point. I do not suggest their miso salmon on rice — if you are familiar with what actual miso really is … It is nowhere near the Japanese miso that we envisioned … it was more like teriyaki salmon. Eek. Their meal easily range from $ 12 – 30 so it is really up to you how to make the most out of your money and meal. They have a HUGE selection on food and prices really varies due to this. I suggest to try it once and see for yourself. Cheesecake Factory is definitely one of those places that you either love or hate.

Called to place a to go order and was given a 15 – 20 minute window for when my food items would be ready. Love how my food was ready shorter than that. I mean, why wait longer than necessary right? Okay, now this is what sets them apart from other restaurants I’ve placed togo orders with. You know that sourdough and wheat bread they serve while your waiting for your food? You know… it’s oooooh sooooo good and you can make a meal out of it? Well hold on to your seats because the person that took my order, asked if I wanted some to go with my meal along with the butter. But of course I exclaimed!!! Most restaurants only save that for dining in or will actually charge you for it. This was the first time The Cheesecake Factory offered to do that and I am no stranger to The Cheesecake factory — nice touch.
