Cute place with patio seating. Friendly workers and the cookie I had was delicious. It was an oatmeal, chocolate chip, coconut combo. Mmm. I ordered a whooping pie to take home and didn’t love it. Would come back by if I’m ever in the area again.

I now have a benchmark for an English muffin. Ordered it for my daughter as an add-on to my breakfast burrito and was blown away by it. No store bought English muffins for me anymore. They have some breakfast selections or you can make your own combination. I made my own burrito and added the small coffee cookie combo. When you enter, on the left is bakery breakfast/lunch station. On the right is a coffee bar for your more fanciful drinks. I plan on trying a cap and/or latte next time. Coffee was pre-made in dispensers. Breakfast appears to be only till 11am, but I got there around 11:30 and they were fine with it. Lunch menu from 12pm.

Everything made in-house AND Intelligentsia coffee. BOOM. Hubs got a chocolate chip cookie, snickerdoodle cookie, and a chocolate milk. I got a latte. Everything was excellent. Cute space to catch up with a friend or work indoors or outdoors. Lovs, love love that it is a working bakery. And make sure you nab the 15% off Unilocal check-in offer.

Nice and comfy place, great music, cutesy and friendly staff… but then why three stars? the food wasnt great, the internet was really slow so i was unable to stay longer and work… which may not be a big deal for most people. for me, i had the egg sandwich that was $ 6 without toppings so with bacon, cheese and a tomato slice would have been about $ 8 if the staff hadnt given me a bit of a discount. Now, the egg itself tasted microwaved and wasnt over easy(i didnt request it) but a boutique shop like this should probably serve their artesian sandwich with a little more craft(just my opinion) The bread was great and they served the sandwich with a side of blueberries and a strawberry, however most of the blueberries were too mushy for me. this place is probably more for cookies and other desserts, but as for an alternative to starbucks for the workable internet or west egg for breakfast, it is not. I will be coming back for coffee, however, but not camping out on my computer, unfortunately.

They are a hidden gem in Buckhead. Located off a side street. They have excellent coffee, bakery and deli selection. Plenty of room inside or outside to sit or catch up with someone. Owners are very friendly and always willing to make sure your experience is pleasant.

Love this spot… so comfortable and cozy! My new found coffee shop being that I lived in the Buckhead area. The prices are just right and the cookies are delicious well I only had the snickerdoodle(which was delicious by the way) but every other flavor looked so delicious(I was tempted to buy all).I will definitely be back!

I always take a long time to decide what I want. When I enter a new place, I always have to look at everything to make sure I make the right choice. Sometimes the staff of other establishments becomes frustrated with the time I take, but the staff today were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I ended up getting a few classic chocolate chip cookies for myself and then some cookies for some friends. The chocolate chip cookie was one of the best that I have had in a long time! I cant wait to go back and try the other varieties!

I read repeatedly that this was the best cookie in Atlanta/Georgia. I moved recently from the Seattle/Tacoma area where they have a cookie called«The Cookie» at the Metropolitan Market. I was hoping to find my Georgia version of this amazing creation. I was extremely disappointed when the cookie I bought(which I was hoping was sitting on a warmer) was cold, dry and tasted like something you could get anywhere else. I didn’t even finish my leftover cookies. They need to step up their game in the cookie department. I did have a pretty decent cookie from Sprinkles cupcakes. It costs more but was worth it. I would much rather buy from a small, independent place however. Hopefully they improve.

Got The Weekly Unilocal email from Unilocal entitled«C is for Cookie». I clicked on it, sure that The Cookie Studio would be featured. Wrong, not even listed, even though it has better reviews and more reviews than three on the Unilocal list. C’mon Unilocal,do research! This is the place to go for cookies. And more. Terrific owners who use part of their profits to support a woman’s shelter. Go there, you will not be sorry.

Such a cute spot off Peachtree Road! The cookie selection is great and they also have a nice selection of muffins, various sweets and the coffee bar! We stopped in for breakfast-to-go and were pleased with the sausage casserole and yogurt parfait. Unfortunately the parfait was lacking in excitement. For $ 5 I would have expected some fresh fruit versus dried cranberries :/

This place is a gem. They have great, locally-sourced coffee and an awesome selection of foods and pastries. We got the eggplant tart, lemon bar, and chocolate chip cookie. Honestly the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had! They had a selection of about 20 different desserts so I will definitely be back to try more!

Cookies are good. Only just. As a diehard bakery aficionado, these are about on par with any generic cookie spat out of your typical Safeway. Nothing special. Certainly not worth a special trip. The coffee was mediocre. Empty half-and-half container(but for the remnants of ice cubes. P. S. coffee shops, we are on to this trick. Stop putting ice cubes in your half-and-half to cut the product). Ditto milk container. Wi-fi was spotty and S-L-O-W(businesses, get this straight… it’s freakin’ 2016. Fast, reliable wi-fi is not a nice-to-have. It’s mandatory) despite my being the only person in the place. Anything good about this place? Staff was very nice, place is clean and quiet(but for crappy pop music). It’s not awful, it’s just average at best. I hate to be a hardass, because the people who run this seem so nice, but… if you are running a cookie shop, you’d better have great cookies. They don’t.

I can not get enough of this place. Jimmy and his wife are the most perfect hosts to my morning coffee. They serve intelligentsia, which just reminds me of the hipster LA Silverlake or Venice Beach. Fantastic for weekend working. I havent tried their cookies, as I am afraid ill get addicted, but the flavors looks amazing.

I always order chocolate chip cookies for my best friend in Atlanta since he started treatments for his Cancer and loses his appetite and gets really sick. I usually order from Tank Goodness but they went out of business. I ordered from this company. I’m in LA. When I saw the shipping was more than the cookies themselves I called Barbara O’Neill and asked her for a break on the shipping to get them there by his birthday. She said no. I still said — okay fine — and thanked her. I never heard from him and he never received the cookies. When I called Barbara she said«someone must’ve stolen them.» I’m sorry — but John has lived in Atlanta for over 25 years and has lived in the same neighborhood where he knows everyone. I asked her to please re-deliver to his mother’s house — where apparently he stayed and has been staying a lot since his father(her husband) died a few months ago. She just said no unless I repaid. I find that extremely disheartening and in the holidays and with Atlantans and a small business(I’m a business owner myself) — and the state of America today — that we can’t reach out and help one another — I would NEVER shop here again — and I’ve told all my friends in Atlanta. In a state where I’m from — I’m ashamed of this behavior and complete lack of love for humanity and a decent level of customer service.

I have meetings for work about every other day and, when the person I’m meeting can meet in Buckhead, I always recommend The Cookie Studio. It’s quiet enough, but still buzzing with energy, the owners and staff are friendly the coffee’s good and everything on the menu is delicious(especially the chicken salad and chocolate chip cookie). There’s also a huge porch with potted plants and fans in front when the weather’s nice. Such a little gem!

I don’t buy cookies regularly. Unless you’re handing me one, they aren’t something I seek. Yet on a sleepy Saturday afternoon, searching for a remedy to an uneventful SEC Championship game, I stumbled into The Cookie Studio for an espresso. My buddies and I were convinced to try some cookies, and we were not disappointed. We all agreed that there must be something in the«hot chocolate» cookies. By far a unanimous favorite. The chocolate chip, oatmeal, and Cowboy cookies were also spectacular. I’ll be back.

Its my new alternative patio; not provincetown but sure fits the bill for great coffee, food and baked goods worth waiting for! Some people don’t realize how hard it is to make a really good fried egg with the right amount of runny yolk and crisp edges but they knocked it out of the park in my egg & bacon sandwhich. The egg casseroles which are somewhat like mini individual dence quiches come in different flavors and are very good offering both vegetarian and meat-based versions. The cookies, pastries and baked all rock with flavor and freshness. Hint: try the spicy chocolate cookie with it’s perfect combination of rich chocolate flavor with a hint of spiciness. They’re using intelligentsia coffee which has a deep rich flavor, yes you can also get lattes and cappuccinos they’ve got a full coffee barista set up too. With a huge front patio, you will want to sit a minute and enjoy all the goodness here.

Great little spot for low-key, high-mark, breakfast bites and all-day cookies. Other high points include Intelligentsia coffee and sneaky-good pimento cheese. The proprietors make you feel at home. I’m a regular for the muffins and breakfast sandwiches. Also — they seem like they’d be a great touch for catering

These are the best cookies and scones, hands down. I often give a box of their baked goods as gifts, and the recipients always rave about them. I love their unique flavors(their hot chocolate and ginger are some of my favs!). I need to try some of their coffee the next time I go!

I’m a regular here so thought I’d finally do them a service and write a Unilocal review. First off, it’s much more than cookies(don’t get me wrong, the cookies are amazing). Things I’ve had at Cookie Studio that will knock your socks off: Eggplant Tart(eating as I write this and questioning myself as to why I hadn’t tried it before) Bacon Breakfast Casserole Caprese Tart Lemon Bars Pimento Cheese(the one thing in the store they don’t make, but they sell a locally made brand called Aunt Lollie’s which is amazing) Veggie Breakfast Casserole Homemade Parfait Their coffee bar beats any name-brand coffee shop by a mile. They use Intelligentsia coffee and make the best lattes. Okay the cookies. They have a way of making them somehow slightly crisp but still chewy. They are gigantic and made fresh. The chocolate chip is the most popular(duh, and deservedly), but they also make some really unique flavor a like Coffee Toffee(since it’s near my house, my stepmom makes me bring her one of these every time I go visit my parents), Cranberry Oatmeal, Lemon Snaps, and sooooo many more. Their other pastries are also really unique items(I can’t vouch for all of them, but I can vouch for how great they look). I have placed a few custom orders for corporate clients and received the best feedback. They put so much care into those orders, I am always very impressed. If you’re ever in the market to bring something to clients above and beyond some cupcakes you picked up at Sprinkles, a custom order from here will do just that(I included a picture of the 4th of July cookies they made for me… Barbara and I dug through a huge box of random cookie cutters to find ones that made sense). And service wise, is doesn’t get any better. It’s very mom and pop — Barbara and Jimmy are always there — and they are very kind and give great service. I would love to see this place succeed, not just because they are nice people, but they really know how to make great food and treat customers.

The most disappointing part of my Atlanta visit was the weak dessert scene, and how shockingly overrated /skewed the supposedly good places were… Forgot to redeem a Unilocal checkin special here, which would’ve helped cushion the substantial $ 8+ blow for 3 bland fresh cookies(only the hot chocolate was OK) and 2 more awful day-olds. Nice space with popular outdoor seating, at least…

I’ll be honest. If I hadn’t seen this place on Unilocal and realized it was only two blocks from where I’m staying, I’d still be in bed, but because I’m just that spontaneous I’m now nursing a great cold-pressed coffee and writing a review instead. The Cookie Studio suffers from the very common ailment that bakers are not restauranteurs. The name suggests cookies but they’re open early in the morning. Who eats cookies for breakfast?! What a disservice to an obviously great full service bakery and coffee shop. If you, like me, were looking for great coffee and a delicious fluffy baked egg and vegetable casserole would you stop or drive right by something called The Cookie Studio? If indeed you did stop and go inside, you would find yourself on the open end of a horseshoe shaped layout, with cash registers at both ends, with no clue where to get in line, no signage to instruct you to seat yourself or stand there looking like an idiot, and no one welcoming you. I gravitated toward the cash register on the right, as that is where the coffee was. The barista was busy grinding beans so I didn’t bother her, but soon I was wishing there was a bell I could ring. I stood there for a minute or two as she wrestled with a large coffee filter and beans and soon it went on so long I would have felt ridiculous getting her attention, having stood there patiently so long. Luckily(sort of) another employee took pity on me and told the barista I was there. This, unbelievably, was followed by both employees turning and walking away from me(albeit briefly) to go look at something in a nearby cooler. I would have left if I hadn’t spied that they serve Intelligentsia coffee, a fine Chicago roasterie, and cold-pressed to boot. So I paid for my coffee and picked another random spot in the semi-circular layout to get in line for food. The second cashier was infinitely more helpful. I perused the bakery cases and then made my selection: the baked veggie casserole. When I saw they had house made granola I added the greek yogurt parfait to my order, but it wasn’t until I was in the process of paying(yes, again) that I saw they actually have menus– right next to the cash register. Really? Chef Robert Irvine would lose it if he came here. I can hear him now in his physique fitting poly-polo shirt, «C’mon guys! The menu’s go at the beginning of the line, which, since its a bloody circle, is pretty much impossible!» If it were me, I’d put them by the entrance, which is where the dirty dish bus cart and trash are currently… again, not the best place for those, either. Hey but what do I know, I’m just an unfrozen caveman lawyer. Finally a note on the parfait. Skip it. It was roughly a handful of dried cranberries on a giant helping of plain greek yogurt with granola SPRINKLED on top. I’m talking probably 7 parts yogurt to 1 part granola. I can’t even comment as to how the house made granola tasted because it was swimming in plain yogurt. I kept hoping there was a pocket of granola in the bottom of my «parfait» that I hadn’t reached yet, but sadly no. When I had scavenged the last shred of granola and craisins I had, no lie, between 1 ½ cups to 2 cups of plain yogurt left in the bowl. Somehow, though, between the killer coffee, one compassionate cashier, and a pretty much perfect casserole I can’t bring myself to give The Cookie Studio less than 4 stars.

I love this place. I used to go to their old location and although I’ve moved out of ATL, I always try to stop in here at least once to support a small business and to indulge in their key lime bar, which I really think is the best key lime dish(next to the Publix key lime pie) I’ve ever tasted. It’s a pecan shortbread topped with a lime curd and a key lime glaze/frosting. It’s so divine, very sweet and sour and I usually eat little slivers of it over a couple of days. I also like that they have day old cookies for half off, it’s great that they don’t just toss them out. They have a pretty excellent assortment of cookie flavors. Their double chocolate cookie and many of their other cookies have been delicious as well, I just love the key lime bar the most, and that’s saying a lot since cookies are probably my favorite baked good of all time…

A city respite for coffee lovers without pretense and solidly good pastries. First of all I haven’t tried many pastries, just a lot of samples I’ve swiped when I stop by for some coffee. However if those samples are any indication(and the number of patrons who stop in to buy them), it’s by far one of the most underrated small bakeries in the area. Tons of cookies, just the right size for one to splurge and a variety of brownies, bars, rolls, tarts, muffins, and scones on any given day. My personal indulgence: key lime bars. The coffee they use is Intelligentsia, which if you’re a coffee snob in the know, you are aware this one of the finest rated coffee roasters in the country and has been for some time. Their espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes are usually average to great, depending on who is behind the bar at the time. They also carry almond milk in addition to regular and soy(neither agree with me at all, so for a dirty chai kind of day, this is my jam!). This is my go-to when I just need to escape my house or work for a cup of really good coffee, a pleasant porch or space to read or do work for a while. The people who work and own the place are also some of the most pleasant I’ve met in the area. It’s a very relaxed environment. Bonus: Good, consistent wifi and a dog friendly, covered patio!

Hail The Cookie Studio. My man just moved by here so naturally we(I) will be coming here too often. The cookies are perfect. Favorite so far is the Coffee Toffee. The coffee is the perfect pairing. Slightly steeper in price than Starbs but much better in my opinion. They also have a relatively quiet little patio for you to indulge in your goodies. Support local, check this one out and enjoy!

I am so very excited to have found The Cookie Studio! I was in need of a cookie bakery to deliver to an office that my business works with. I needed something in Buckhead and after a quick search, Unilocal delivered! I got a dozen mixed cookies and a few whoopie pies. They were boxed up nicely with a bow and I was given a free cookie for myself! I tried the spicy chocolate and It was so different and totally delicious! I would definitely recommend trying it. I did not get to spend a lot of time in the shop, but the atmosphere was so inviting, I will definitely be back to sit and enjoy some espresso and a sweet treat while using their free wifi. I love how you can see the bakery from the seating area. This is a very welcomed addition to the Buckhead neighborhood!
