The Homework Crew

I followed the appointment instructions to send an email request with all of my information. Two weeks later after no response, I called and spoke to the call center. I scheduled my appointment for a week later, 9 – 11 AM time slot. No one showed. No call, no appearance, nothing. When I called to find out what happened I was told I’d get a call back. Two hours later I called again. Two hours after that I called again. I was then told they don’t know why someone didn’t show, the dispatcher (who does the scheduling) isn’t responding and the manager is out of town and also not responding. I can call back next week to find out why no one showed. How are they in business?

This company does not even deserve 1 star! This is a scam organization, who is fraudulently taking money and not providing service. They are putting coupons out there on the discount sites, but then not showing up for appointments. I have given them 2 chances and both time last second cancellations. I have talked with so-​called management, who said he would call me back to resolve. That was 10 days ago! When I called back, they had never heard of that manager.
Don’t throw your money away with this company!!!
