Never again! I was soooo excited to get my appointment at J Spot. Needless to say I showed up early and patiently waited for 2 hours for the common courtesy of my stylist greeting me. Instead for two hours I sat and watched him do a sew-​in, talk to his friends, and check his messages on his phone. Then another client (one he knows) shows up and she is promptly taken over me. I pick up my purse and pride and head for the door. Not a person in the salon blinked or cared. Well neither do I. Don’t believe the hype. Customer Service is par for the course and if a Salon doesn’t adhere to it then why bother? Won’t be going back.
