Great concept, great execution. Love this place

My experience was very pleasant. Short waiting time, about the time it took me to complete my intake forms. The Receptionist was very courteous and the Dr was nice. I had a simple adjustment which only cost me 19 $. I didn’t have to agree to a treatment plan and was prescribed to come again later this week and twice a week for a month. I can pay 29 $ ea or 45 $ for 4 visits a month. Great buy and I can control my visits and payment schedule.

Dr. Eric is simply the best. Always helping me with any issues that I have. I hope he stays in the Brookhaven location forever.

Before last night I have never seen a chiropractor. I have to admit, I was a bit scared and skeptical. I’m fully into holistic healthcare and any way to heal naturally and a healthy organic lifestyle all around, but I have always heard mixed reviews of seeing a chiropractor and the neck cracking, bone cracking kinda freaked me out thinking about it… Anyway, Long story short: I pulled a lower right back muscle TWICE summer of 2014, let it heal and continued on with my life… Yea, well about 5 months later I noticed something wasn’t right and I had a lot of dull achy pain in my tailbone area all the time, sitting made it worse and when I stand up it hurts to get up. Also I do yoga/​Pilates on a regular basis and I just felt off in my lower back/​tailbone area. Soooooo, talking to some friends that go to the chiropractor they all highly recommended I see one myself. I finally wander in to the Brookhaven Joint 25 minutes before close on Saturday night asking questions and concerned and even though it was almost close, he was happy and willing to help me. The Dr. on shift says yes, «he could definetly take a look and see what’s going on.» I just briefly told him my pain and that I pulled a muscle a while back. Needless to say, I went back and he proceeded to check me out and immediately saw where I was in pain and what the problem was and the damage it caused. Literally everything he asked me and explained to me was going on. I was a bit shocked and relieved that he knew by just examining me and I could finally hopefully get some pain relief. He worked his magic and I left there (yes a little sore, but normal for getting adjusted from a discomfort and also as he explained my first time getting adjusted) and felt myself again. When I walked out I could feel the difference in my walk and knew he fixed me so far and now the next morning my muscle there is a little sore (which is normal), but the tailbone pain is GONE!!! I still have to go in 3 days for the 2^nd step and then I will continue going to stay healthy and pain free! What a relief it is that I could feel better that easily. I highly recommend this place and seeing a chiropractor ASAP! Trust me when I say, it will change your life especially if you’re in pain.

First off, this place is such a scam. They tell you $ 19 for the first time then bind you into charging $ 49 a month for nothing. They don’t tell you when they happily take your money you are roped into a 6 month contract and CANNOT cancel it, apparently even if you die according to the horrid woman I spoke with today. They also lie-​but what’s new when you are in the business of scamming people out of their money. I decided to take myself to another chiropractor because after my last visit I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t stand properly. The professional chiropractor wanted to know if I was in a car accident my spine was so badly aligned…
All in all-​save your money! $ 19 for a back adjustment isn’t worth the headache and pain in the ass this place is. The staff is insanely rude, the woman answering the phone needs to attend etiquette class and clearly realize she is only a desk clerk.
If you have an account here-​I recommend canceling it. Stop throwing your money away to ignorant services…

Love this place. Dr. Eric is fantastic and the wellness program gives you. 4 adjustments each month for $ 49 total… not each. You can pay as you go at $ 29 each also but the program is the best value. I’m there every Friday !! No appointments needed. Quick and convenient in Town Brookhaven Center across from Costco

I really enjoy this clinic and the programs they provide. The receptionist is pleasant and professional. The chiropractor is sincere about his concern re my progress. He’s quick and efficient with his analysis and treatment regimen. I have been to other locations, but prefer this one to the others.

Dr. Eric seemed like a great guy who only wanted to help me with my back issues. However, when he/​The Joint were not helping my chronic back pain, he recommended I get x-​rays to determine if I needed more medical care. At that point the x-​rays showed that the services The Joint provided were not sufficient and I canceled my account. I was willing to swallow the additional charge for that month even though I was not receiving adjustments any more, but when my account was charged again the following month I called to dispute. The receptionist told me that my doctor would have to fax over documentation that I needed additional services, which he did. Over the next 3 weeks I was calling back to see if they have talked to their «corporate» office yet to get the charge from my account. There is no «corporate» office number listed online, and they would never let me talk to anyone but the girl at the front desk. I was finally told after three weeks of back and forth that the charges were to stay on my account because I didn’t need surgery. I was completely scammed out of my money, and was so inconvenienced by the process. Their contract is a lie, and I’m honestly worried that they will try to charge me next month and there is really nothing I can do about it. I would highly recommend you don’t get started with this dishonest company. I’ve never made a bad review on Unilocal, but I gave them many chances to make this right and they didn’t and I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through.
